Great customer service from this Port Charlotte location. Absolutely loved and enjoyed doing business with the two gentlemen who work here!!
I came to this location due to the poor customer service management wise I received at the North Port located where I live.

I had purchased a new at the time iPhone 12 Pro Max and paid it right there and after a year of great service I moved to NC where metro wasn’t so great so I swapped service while I lived there and for some reason my phone had been sim locked even though metro would tell me it wasn’t and I tried everything including visiting the closest metro stor 4 hours away several times and they couldn’t fix it and eventually gave up and used my old IPhone that I had for years prior for 2 years then I recently returned to Florida and decided to take my phone back to the store I bought it from and by a MIRACLE I meet Charles that had actually been able to help me and managed to get my phone unlocked the next day and I couldn’t be more happy I have a working phone again since the old one was starting to go bad 5+ stars for Charles good customer service
