I've been with metro over 18 years and dealt with alot of employees but I must say my husband and I had the best assistant ever her name is Cynthia and she was so professional,friendly and patient. She answered all of our questions and explained everything to us. Thanks again 😊

Terrible service. The young man who serves is rude and ill-mannered. I do not recommend them. Verizon is just a few steps away and Ezequiel's service is fantastic.

The service person did what he was suppose to do,
But the he was extremely rude and obnoxious , he told me No No Comprende ! just because I asked if he was sure all the data had transferred .find another line of work where you dont interact with the public.

Disgusting and I mean Disgusting customer service if you don't wanna work there don't go to work they can't beat you if you don't come in !!!!! That man behind the counter need some training smfh am I not one to complain but I had to this time !

The hours are not correct it says it's open at 9 but went there and it's not open. 😒 We came at 9:30 and the guy standing at the counter didn't even care or notice that's rude. Says they changed the hours 2 weeks ago well need to change it again 🙄😔
