They helped explain every part of the process along the way so we could understand what was going on. Every time we called them they were right there to answer or get back to us very promptly. Joe Morningstar worked through the worst closing nightmare ever to get me to close that my Realtor, Joe and myself had ever seen. And I'm retired from real estate sales of 25+ years, Joe more than 30 years. But Joe stayed with it and kept reassuring me we could get to the closing table even though none of us had seen such crazy issues come up all along the way. Joe was the BEST to work with. He quickly worked on helping us to get qualified to submit an offer on a house we might easily have missed out on. He worked with us through all the necessary steps, and kept up with our progress through to closing, and after. He’s a pleasant guy, highly experienced, and completely professional.Lisa worked tirelessly to help us overcome all the obstacles of the self-employed. She was always available to talk out what was happening, how to proceed, and made it easy and secure to get our many documents submitted. I think we were not an easy account, but she went to bat for us on several occasions. I will miss our long chats, now that our loan is closed. You can't go wrong with these two helpful, motivated professionals.
