Michael Fischetti and Andy Anderson demonstrated exceptional dedication in repairing my car, surpassing the initial condition. While dealerships may offer commendable service, it is the proactive approach and unwavering commitment to rectifying any issues that truly define a reputable establishment.

Its really a nice dealership and is run very well.. I am not a fan of its gimmicky pricing and market value BS they try to add on everything they do.
Other than that its a wonderful dealership and my salesmen Brandon was really excellent and he made sure the process was as fast as it needed to be and with him helping out in any way he can (even on Sundays)

We were pleasantly surprised at how smooth our purchase was. From entering the dealership to leaving with our new car, the staff were helpful and professional. C.J. was our salesperson and we could not have a more patient and knowledgeable salesperson. He explained everything in detail and we left assured we made the right choice. From the GM down to the sales staff everyone was pleasant and helpful. We worked with Mike in the service department .for a new key. He was very pleasant and got us in and out quickly.
If you need a new or used car we highly recommend C.J. and the dealership.

Great dealership. Bought my CRV Hybrid there 2 years ago, which I love. Gave me a very good deal on it without any stress, which is important. Get my oil changed & tire rotations there also. Young man who did the last one should be commended for his great job and carefulness with my wheels.

My daughter is serving in the Marine Corps & needed a vehicle to get around on base. I stopped in Honda to get some information on leasing a vehicle. I met Frank, the sales manager & he could not have been more helpful. I faced timed my daughter & she picked out a Honda Accord Hybrid. I went back inside, told Frank what she wanted & he handled it from there. He got her into the price point she needed & then we met Tony. Tony was great as well, he put everything together for her & all she had to do was a DocuSign over the email. I have never had such a painless, fast & smooth car buying experience!! My daughter loves her new car & I will definitely go back again!!

Updated review: Purchased used 2023 CRV here about a week ago. After taking vehicle home, we were upset when we realized that some features were missing that were listed on the advertisement. Wrote a rough review a couple days later and the manager, Frank, reached out right away. He probably didn’t have to but he discussed our options and made some very generous offers to rectify the situation. They will go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. I am not one to recommend car dealers but if you want or need a Honda, I would work with Deon and Frank again. Strong recommendation!!

Worked with Mike Wolter, we started the deal online from NY and finished it in person at the dealership. Mike was very professional and tended to all our needs. The dealership stood behind their cars and we went home happy.

Twice they have not rotated the tires when specifically asked for it to be done during an oil change.
Just received a call from the Dealership, good follow-up to my review. 5 stars for that.

My car buying experience before today has been awful! I came in today ready to get into a new car, and Patrick was the BEST guy I could've worked with. He was so friendly from the jump, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. He was so personable and easy to talk to & never came off as pushy or intimidating like most salesmen normally do. Cherry on top was it was his FIRST DAY!!! Thank you to Patrick & finance guy Juan for getting me into a new car!
