“My Mom has always gotten great service from their daily delivery service (currently Josh). We needed help, and we wrote a letter asking for help. Robert called us and provided the answers and support we needed. (I admit that it’s not easy to call and talk directly with the Post Master, but I imagine that’s because they are protected. You just have to take the time to write a letter and think through diplomatic mindsets taking into consideration not only your needs, but the service providers too. It is possible that some of the negative reviews are from people who are feeling impatient.) We are very grateful to this office!”
