The overwhelming majority of the customer interacting pharmacy employees are not friendly and seem annoyed to even talk to you. I just had an interaction with “Natalie S” to where she interrupted me and looked at me with disgust when she had to say “have a nice day.” I know what meta communication is and everything that is conveyed in addition the words leaves me with the message that they hate their customers. I have mentioned to the store manger that the customer service was sub par at the pharmacy and she seemed to care about this.

Shame on Publix pharmacy for not offering dye free medicines! Not all of us want to do more harm to our bodies while sick! Fyi if you want your meds without the dye, ditch this place and have your script filled at Walgreens! They don't even carry the red dye filled amoxicillin, it's automatically dye free without request!

Publix deli sandwiches used to be the best in the market. We had one today at this store and it was terrible, after waiting in a long line of other hungry people. The bread was falling apart, we ate in pieces. Bad. One star only is an exaggeration. Won’t go there anymore, McDs will probably be better, faster and cheaper!

Super rude staff 9 times out of 10. Jarring to be treated so unkindly especially if you don't feel well.

I just left a review it says from Victoria. I was speaking about the Pharmacy in Quesada common in Port Charlotte. I'm not sure where that review went to, but if it went to a different pharmacy, then I apologize. if it went to the correct Pharmacy the night do not apologize. Because that Publix pharmacy is awesome thank you for listening.

This is for the pharmacy. They would only let me fill a prescription for 30 days even though I had it for 90 days. They said it was because of a national shortage the manufacturer would only allow 30 days. Wanted a 90 day as my insurance deductible was running out end of year. And to get next 2 months supply would cost over 60O dollars more. So pick up I months supple. Called cvs and they would have filled the 90 days if I had not picked up the one from Publix. So feel the pharmacy mgr was not honest when she told me no one could fill the 90 days.

Reliable and friendly pharmacy. Our family uses this pharmacy for all prescriptions. Never had an issue in the last 5 years. Highly recommend.

So sad because I love this publix for my food and grocery needs, but this pharmacy is just terrible. Hanging up on customers and unhelpful.

Thank you to all the Publix employees who showed up to work so the community would have a place to shop after Hurricane Ian! We truly appreciate your community support!

Kudos to this Publix for not being out of eggs, water and bread. Everyone else is completely out due to the hurricane on the way.

Profoundly disappointed in this pharmacy. I am new to the area and had a rx sent to this pharmacy for the first time, excited to have an option that was so close to my home. My experience with the store in general has been very positive overall. The pharmacy received my script but I heard no communication regarding it until I called several hours later to inquire if it was ready for pick up. I was told that the location is no longer "taking pain management patients". When I explained that my medication was in fact NOT a pain management prescription and that was not the issue for which I was receiving a rx, I was told that they were no longer taking patients "with my type of prescription", as they were "at capacity". It's hard to not feel as if this is a practice that is stigmatizing and penalizing patients who are only trying to obtain appropriately prescribed medications at low, medically appropriate dosages. Now I am about to run out of my rx at the onset of a holiday weekend, unable to make other arrangements because no one reached out to me in time to inform me of this policy. If you need management of a schedule II drug that is medically necessary and used under physician supervision, seek care elsewhere. Their website expresses that they are eager to help you meet your rx needs: "Welcome to Awesome!" In actuality, they refuse to serve "patients like you".
