I very happy to say that the technician refused the fish tale the needle when unable to get the vein and used a butterfly needle instead! Thank you very much and is the reason I choose this facility over the rest.

I had a 730am appointment on Tuesday July 9th for blood work and when I arrived there was No one at the front desk. I signed in as instructed and the sign in system is not easy even for someone that works on computers. Alittle customer service would have been great.
Then Wednesday later I received my results. My wife is a nurse practitioner so she totally understands blood work. We went straight into panic mode calling my doctor and finding out how my blood work was so bad.
Well fast forward 2 days and I get a call from the manager of that office saying he needed more Blood. I said why? To be honest it was hard for him to explain. There was no professional explanation, and he basically said " WE NEED MORE BLOOD"
THEY MIXED UP SOMETHING AND PUT MY NAME ON SOMEONE ELSE'S BLOODWORK.
SO I WAS READING SOMEONE ELSE'S RESULTS THINKING I WAS BORDERLINE DIABETIC
He told me to call my doctor and order more labs. I said I would like to speak to someone from corporate and he tried to tell me his office would handle it. I told him there was no way I was ever going back to this office again.
This was 100 percent unacceptable so I filed a case with corporate.
I went through 2 full days of stress thinking I was a pre Diabetic and immediately changed my diet.
This office in my opinion is understaffed and definitely not up to standards.
The paint was chipping off the wall in the room which is gross especially for a medical facility where they are handling blood.
How does a company like Quest that made over 9 billion dollars in revenue last year have offices that are understaffed with paint chipping off the walls?

The website to try to make an appointment is deplorable. It gets you up to number three and then it wants you to start over not easy to navigate at all. Guess I’ll have to call them and hope I can get through and make an appointment and then I will write them. I have always had nothing but the best treatment there several times, hopefully this continues! Thank you
