I’ve been coming here for 6 years to buy work boots. This today is the absolute worst I’ve ever been treated. I do hope you get rid of that sales girl. I almost walked out without buying but I needed work boots bad. If she’s still here next year I’ll go to the Fort Myers store. She could have made some money off of me today but she treated me poorly so she didn’t get what she could have sold to me. Get rid of her

They don't even deserve 1 star. I went here 2 different times to look at boots, both times I was treated with disdain and disrespect from the moment I walked in the door and to when I left. I was not going to drop hundreds of dollars on boots with such a garbage customer service experience. The two girls that work there just do not care at all, emotionless. Turns out they're a franchise with a private owner and don't care for sales. I hope everyone stays away from this place so it closes and no one else has to endure the terrible experience I had. Go to the one in Fort Myers, they took care of me and really helped me with the fitting and other considerations.

Ive bought carhartts, wolverines, timberlands and other work boots in the past and had nothing but bad things to say about all their work boots. I can say anything bad about my Redwings. I love them!

been a long time buyer of Georgia Boots and needed new ones urgently. stopped to the local Red Wing and met with Ron. he sold me on some killer boots. Ron is the main reason i’m writing this review. his knowledge was insane on the products.

Went into the Red Wing store here in Port Charlotte today. Excellent experience! Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Red Wing is the company approved brand and I got a good comfortable fitting pair of work boots. Thank you Alex. Nice work, man.

Simply the best. The ones with the good warranty are made in the same factory in red wing, MN I toured in middle school.
I like the Boa lacing system too...it applies pressure evenly which is nice for hiking and work boots ... Very easy to "lace up". Also replacement boa knob and gear is only $10 If it should ever break

Came to Redwing to get some boots for work. I work in a construction zone. I had a problem with our accounting department and they decided to place them on hold without asking. I came the next day, and they had my boots ready for me. The boots i choose were for me, just another pair of boots. After putting them to test at the site, I was amazed at how good the boots are. They are comfortable and they are really waterproof. My construction site is basically underwater most of the time, and I came home with dry foots. The service at this location exceeds expectations, and they go above and beyond on the service they offer. The products they offer are also great. I would definitely come back for another pair and send my guys over here.
