Place is old. There is a Dunkin Donuts located inside, but I would not eat from there. There bathroom is located outside at the side of the building.

I have been a daily customer of this establishment for the past 10 years. Every day I come and get my Dunkin coffee (the employees there are fantastic) and go to the gas station to purchase energy drinks, snacks and other items. This gas station charges more for most items than 711 and other places but I come because I like the routine and the people had always been really kind. Last night I stopped there and at the last minute decided to pick up a couple lotto tickets in addition to my 50 dollar plus order. I asked before doing it if I was able to do this debit through Apple Pay and was assured I would be able to. I had left my wallet accidentally at home. She lady at the counter assured me this was possible and when I went to pay it did not work. She refused to cancel the order to allow me to sort it out or run home and get cash to fix the problem. I ran out to my car and quickly scoured for as much cash as I had for the lotto. Meanwhile another customer behind me was becoming more and more irritated by the delay I was causing. I didn’t have enough cash to cover the lotto and she absolutely humiliated me over the 2 dollars. She told the customer behind me he would have to pay for my lotto. She treated me as if I was stealing from the company. I am a local Dr for this community and she humiliated me, ruined my evening. I will not be back….. ever. I will go somewhere else, probably that charges less, and has workers who do not treat customers this way.

It took multiple tries to successfully cancel my transaction after finding out the prices were dishonestly portrayed and I found out they put a pending transaction for $200 on my card which is a ridiculous amount to hold in my opinion

Called about an issue with a gas charge. Person on the phone was very rude, told me it was my own fault and said, "No, I will not listen to you", when I asked to explain the situation. Then, hung up on me. Extremely poor customer service. My business will go elsewhere; never again.

Well for one I was using the restroom not for the first time mind u bc I go there alot..this time is was in there with tummy issues and girly issue and someone that worked there came and banged on the door so hard (I have heart issues as well) I thought I have been in here maybe five minutes and then I had to take a pill for my heart..why would they do that to someone or anyone for that matter?they said it wasn't them but there was literally no one there when I opened the door and the clerks were all grinning like idiots .clerks don't do that to ppl I get unsavory ppl use it too but I'm a good person please be more courteous of your clientele with tummy issues and heart conditions!!!otherwise I like this shell

You need to update your store hours. Placed a mobile order at Dunkin, and the store is not even open even though here it says open 24 hours???!

They should update hours.. they’re always closed at like 8:30pm but it is inconsistent.

My husband went to get gas here, and for some weird reason he could not pay at pump so he goes inside and asks the clerk for 10 gallons of gas plus he used his fuel rewards card. The pump did not give him 10 gallons the pump stopped at 6. 16 gallons. He goes back in to tell the clerk that the pump did not give him his full 10 gallons . My husband then asks the clerk to provide him with 3 more gallons . The pump stops at 2.32 gallons it never gave him the full amt even though the tank was still missing fuel. My husband approached the clerk and stated that he prepaid to get 3 gallons more as the previous request was not honored either. This place is making people have to prepaid inside to then short change a person out of their money. Once you prepaid this gas station is not giving you the gallons and taking your money. He asked to speak to the manager the clerk stated that she was the manager she was rude the person at the cashier who stated she was the manager had no name tag on only states on receipt chs 3. The corporation needs to know how their franchise locations are treating their customers .

Lately the last 3 times I've tried to get gas here the pump will go for 3 seconds and stop. Have to let go, wait a second or two and squeeze again. 3 more seconds of gas and redo. Over and over. It took me 25 minutes to fill my tank, almost 5 minutes to put in 10 bucks. No, it's not my vehicle, yes I know how to pump gas, it's their pumps. I refuse to get gas there again, unless someone tells me the pumps are fixed then I may try again. I said something to a worker there and the response I got was.. ya we know. Ugh!! Then please fix it! I'm sure you are losing a lot of money by people going to the other gas station.

Don't bother coming here for dunkin. They seem to perpetually be "on break" and no one can even make a coffee. The woman behind the counter was super rude to me just because I walked in. Place a joke.
