People very kind. They do close at 4p but store is run by all volunteers who don't get paid for their time. Prices are fair, some higher than other stores but good quality.

This is a great resale shop - probably the best I've been to. It's staffed by a number of wonderful people to help you find things or wrap things up to take with you. (Look for their blue shirts). Every so often, they have a half-off sale, which means clothing is only $2 each piece instead of $4! I've also bought crystal wine glasses there, and even donated a few things. It's clean, well-organized, and even smells good - not the musty smell of a lot of resale shops. There's stuff for women and men, including appliances, glassware, clothing, shoes, purses, books, ceiling fixtures & fans, paintings, etc. They could probably double their space and still do well. Try it! You'll like it! (Only open M-W-F & Sa.)

We are back open and better then ever. Our hours have been 11 to 3 for years but some comments say 4. Sorry. Must be thinking of a different store. Everyone at St Vincent de Paul Resale and More is a volunteer. All proceeds fund our food pantry and the necessities of the poor in our county. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Donations accepted in back of store during our open hours. Bless you all.

Great prices and they always run sales. I'm a crafter so I stop in frequently and I find something every time I stop.

SVDP Pt. Charlotte is a treasure trove of great, affordable ‘finds.’ Their standards are quite high and the shop is tidy, very well organized and items are displayed beautifully. The prices are very good and they have frequent sales due to the large volume of donations they receive. As there is a quick turnover of items, if I see something I like, I get it right away. What I love the most is that the shop’s proceeds go directly to their SVDP food pantry, right across the street, where food is given to hungry families each week. There are many SVDP’s but I prefer this one. It’s led by Clara and Richard Peters, who lead true lives of service to others.

"A virtue is just a virtue unless we make the effort to implement them." A saying by Vincent de Paul.. A French Catholic Priest mostly known for his charitable work in helping poor communities. Although his death occurred in 1622. His virtues have lived on through the St Vincent Society. A worldwide non profit organization offering assistance to neighbors. More so, providing assurance to local families that their children will not go hungry. As a result, the organization created the Resale Shop. Managed by the good will of volunteers .An inventory needful items entirely from generous donations.
