They do ya a favor for just being there. No one is helpful. The big guy manager did absolutely nothing to try to help. Won't get a dollar from me! This store has gone way down hill!

called your store and spoke to david from the print department regarding missing persons posters i had ordered and never picked up. i let your employee know it wasn’t picked up because we unfortunately found the body deceased and we no longer needed them, and asked if a store credit could be applied as we will be needing photos printed for the memorial service, besides not even answering that question, david offered no condolences and continued to rush me off the phone with a rude careless tone. thankfully enough days since the body was found have passed for me to have been able to hold it together on that phone call, however im dissapointed that your staff was so rude to a customer during such an emotional time . please do better, i’ve never had problems with this store or it’s employees before. that phone call was an extra bit of negativity added to an already emotionally heavy situation. all he said was “ok i’ll get rid of them”

I needed to use the Staples printing services and was waiting my turn at the kiosk when a man who I would soon learn was the store owner Loren informed that I could just use the obvious printers directly adjacent to the kiosk. I quickly explained that I needed to place an order for 1000 two part forms and that I would need to speak with a store representative.Watching the guy in front of me become increasing frustrated because they could not find his order was almost comical. Apparently all 4 employees needed to get involved in finding this man’s order.Store owner Loren motioned for me to come around the kiosk and said “I will take care of you.” So I moved to where he told me to go. He then asks the lady who was behind me what was her reason for the visit. He then takes paperwork from her and heads passed me into the secured area. At this point I said “I guess I’m not next”?… store owner Loren then told me “If you’re going to act that way you can leave my store”….Short fused store owner Loren then proceeded to keep the argument going while his associate Linda remained calm and completed my order. As I was paying at the register store owner Loren appeared and I began to apologize for the exchange but was rudely interrupted by Loren who dismissed me with a hand wave and proceeded to speak to another customer.They finally found the first customers order and as he was leaving the store he said “I saw it all my man, you did nothing wrong, they are disorganized and short staffed, so it’s our problem.”I expect nothing will get said to store owner Loren. It’s his store - he told me this 3 times.I also am now expecting my order to be mishandled. Hopefully store owner Loren is not there when I go pick it up. I can also say that I will never use this store again unless the internet gets turned off, there are too many choices online than to be harassed by a self righteous store owner who can talk to people anyway he wants, but when confronted about it, he will threaten to throw you out of the HIS store.Loren obviously doesn’t own Staples and probably doesn’t even own a stapler, but his brain is wired to think differently, this is a very bad recipe. He should not be threatening to throw you out of HIS store for questioning his flawed management.Loren was having a bad day. I waited 24 hours to write this review as I needed a cool down period. I am still dismayed by his demeanor.

Today I tried to put in a printing order for course I'm taking and I did not realize that the material was copyrighted. Jamie at the port Charlotte, fl location was so sweet and helped me find a solution to my problem. Thank you again for being so kind and helpful Jamie!

Poor customer service. I went there today ask for some help with faxing ,this employee told me read the instructions on the machine ,and that it is self explanatory. So embarrassed. And someone else ask him for help he helped them .right in front of me.

i just want to say that i needed to order some business cards since i got my real estate license. the first time my picture didn't turn out right and was blurry even though it wasn't that way on the proof so i had to redo them. the second time i ordered but forgot to put one statement in that made it where i couldn't use them. i had already picked them up at this point. i ended up ordering a third time and asking if they'd exchange since i made a small mistake. Erika was SO nice and let me exchange them. I also got a notebook and at checkout the cashier was super friendly. i will definitely be going back for any business needs since they were so kind while i worked through the kinks of properly getting my cards right.

This is my go-to store for copies, scans and faxes. This week I was having difficulties printing a product return label in the correct UPS label size. When asked, Erin diagnosed the problem, and printed my return product label. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to help an already exasperated customer. Thank you Erin!

Went to get copies for application to to join Desoto Shooting range club. They wouldn't allow it. Said they sold firearms there. They don't. It's a Shooting range. Well if you're anti firearms, you're anti me. Never going there again!
