Hi,I am very disappointed that this is the 4th compromised card with your bank. I HAVE NEVER.. in all of my years here on earth…have to deal with this many compromising situations with a card. I do not save my card information anywhere. And all of a sudden I get a compromised text about a transaction taking place in FLORIDA and my address is TEXAS!!!You guys are inconveniencing me! I CANNOT AND WILL NOT WAIT 7-10 business days on a card that now seems to makr me believe that there are illegal things going on at this credit union and my account is ALWAYS the one being attacked or compromised.SOMEONE is clearly stealing client information! And the customer service after hour desk is NO help. I need a manager or supervisor to reach out to me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.Im at a point where I will be including Legal counsel for this bank.

Opened a new account today with my mother and Niki from Port Charlotte/Cochran location was so helpful, informative and most of all patient and attentive with my elderly mother putting her at ease and answering every questions she had. She was so helpful!

I would give a zero or even lower rating if I could!!!. Worst customer service EVER!!!, they closed my account 2 days before my W-2 was deposited!!!, cause of a 9 dollar defect that I owed!, and now I have to wait 4-6 weeks to get it in the mail!. Absolute garbage bank!!! I will tell EVERYONE to stay away from suncoast cause they will let you down when you need it the most, and then tell you (OH WELL) when you try to amend the problem.So no i would NEVER use or trust them and their services EVER AGAIN!!!, And would recommend the same for anyone else seeking their services.

I have been banking with Suncoast for years. I have never had an issues. Today I had to stop inside the bank and Lavondra helped me and she went above and beyond! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised considering in today's day and age usually people will just brush you off. She had A++ customer service skills ?

Drake was extremely helpful with my wife Debbie H, and daughter Brandi H, and went out of his way to simplify the info she requested, and helped resolve the problem she had. Not sure where Drake is, our bank branch is in Port Charlotte Florida, but this was an 813 area code, so I'm assuming the Tampa area.Thank you Drake!
