You can't give them no stars or negative stars. I bought Air line tickets for my kids to come home for the holidays. I received an email from trust asking if it was me. I called and explained what it was and they said fine. When my kids got to the airport and stood in line for a hour they were told the bank had marked it as fraud and cancelled the tickets. I had to buy tickets to fly out that day, which is a real bargain. Only room for 3 one would have to drive from Knoxville to Florida. Thanks Truist for the wonderful service. I will be finding a new bank. We have only been with this bank for 20 years. New owners are a dream or is that a nightmare.

Very slow... I like the bank but not this branch. Drive thru is too tight and service is slow. I finally gave up and went to another branch across town.

I raged a 1 star because it won't go lower..I changed phones and could not access my banking app on the new phone because it was tied to a previous phone number..I call them up to change it...after 30 minutes of automated options I finally got through and put in my social to get my account balance and info for them to tell me it's not in the system so now I have to speak to a agent who then tells me the same thing. This bank is extremely unprofessional and unconvinient. Also too add when you get low in your account they will doubt charge the same transactions so they can collect on overdraft fees. Absolutely appalling and I will be switching banks.

Unbelievably slow and incompetent customer service. Since SunTrust became truist the customer service has dropped off a cliff. First they lost our online bill pay check with no explanation or recourse, and then it was a half hour ordeal just to get a replacement cashiers check. Half hour after we got to the front of the soviet union bread line, that is.

Truist is not a great bank. I got a letter in the mail after opening an account which stated my account was closed.

Called to see if they had a notary public available. Phone was answered immediately - one ring! Nice lady! Btw: they have 3 Notarys.

As far as I can tell all the service I received in the bank branch I have been at has been very helpful and they have and very respectful and pleasant towards me and answered all my questions and that's what I expect from Bank Personnel who work with me
