Brie was the best Mobile expert at T-Mobile in Port Charlotte, Fl. I saw her take care of two people at one time while they were so busy in the store. She deserve a promotion.

This is the only store in the area I go to. Anytime I go I’m always greeted by someone. The wait times can definitely be a little long but that’s anywhere you go these days. I bought a new iPhone 15 and the transfer went very smoothly. If only there was a number we could pick when we walked in instead of our names being put down but overall lovely experience, clean store and kind staff.

I had a very short wait which was well worth it. I came in looking in switch from AT&T to T mobile for a new phone and 5 G internet. Tony G. was patient and proficient in transferring my phone and getting me set up for my new home internet. Any time Tony needed help there were more senior managers he went to and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and their care.

Similarly to another person who wrote a review about not even being acknowledged, the same thing happened to me. There was a team of 3 people. A dude with a big beard, a big woman, and a well groomed latin guy which was about to leave because his shift was over and he was off the clock. All 3 were busy and I understand they were assisting other customers that was already there. The issue isn't wasn't that. The issue was they all saw I came in and was next to be helped after they're finished helping the other customers. 10 mins go by and finally was acknowledged by the big bearded guy and let me know they will be with me in a moment. About 8 minutes passed and by then there was about 8 people waiting now to be helped. The big bodied woman finally was done helping the customer and goes over to a family that was sitting down waiting, and she asked them do they need any help and the man of the family had to even tell her that I was here waiting first and she already knew that! I had to tell her that too. I found that very rude and disrespectful when they all seen me sitting there for almost 20 mins just to be helped and didn't even really say anything. This T-mobile location of staff really need to do some training about communicating and acknowledgement.

My Wife's phone totally failed, and Tony assisted her in finding sims card failed and requested replacement phone under warranty. Will take couple days and they will transfer data to new unit

The rep at T-Mobile went way out of his way to help my family with our issues lol. Verizon kept giving us the runaround we’re happy with the service we got at our local T-Mobile. Totally happy with T-Mobile so far!

Great service and a friendly staff. The wait time was minimal and Killian exceeded my expectations and provided information that I hadn't thought about. I loathe the cellular shop as much as the DMV, but this was a refreshing change to my past experiences. Nice job T-Mobile!

Great staff and neat looking place. However, I found most of the services on the pricey end and I was disappointed in their options for internet. It is good for "regular" usage but not so efficient for home/remote or home businesses.

if you have to cancel for any reason like I had to due to my area does not work, forget about it it took four days hours on the phone, It was awful trying to get a port out # also recently after hurricane Ian like we didn’t have enough problems they have sent me to a collections agency and I have a zero balance. How is that possible? Thanks T-Mobile for sending me to collections you owe me $.29.

T mobile lies and will waste your time. The rebates they promise are phony. After you switch to T-Mobile they will say you aren't eligible!! I wasted 2 weeks getting jerked around. Go with Att or Verizon.

Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged in the store. There were 3 people working. Nobody even said hello I was just there to grab a T-Mobile Tuesday item which is usually just in and out. Today the man who speaks Spanish. I had to go out of my way to say. Can I just grab the quick item? He said somebody will be with you. He was too busy writing down his sales on a chart. That you could see clear is day. I worked for t mobile fpr 7 years And you will be sure I will contact the executive office So that your district manager knows

We had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Port Charlotte. Anthony C. was amazing! My husband and I switched our phone service from another carrier and decided to get new phones. Anthony was knowledgeable, professional, patient and a pleasure to work with. He made sure we were all set up before we left the store. Anthony is truly an asset for the T-Mobile company and we highly recommend T-Mobile based on our experience.

Bought a sim card with the plan and the sales guy said it would work with my outdoor LTE camera. Apparently it didnt worked! Came back within couple of hours and the guy would not refund my money back. Very disappointed!
