Charged me $1,300 to put out some rat traps. Was told that they would be back in the next 48 hours to set the traps they didn’t show up for 4 days.

Bought a house about two years ago. It was older. Thought the first week I saw termite poop. Called them, tech came out, gave me the all clear - looked at baseboards and doorframes, or did he? My boys playing put a finger through a chewed out hollow in the door frame (that was freshly painted prior to my purchase). I used them for tenting though, not sure why. It was effective. This last rounds of storms made me open the walls, the damage was so bad 75% of the studs have been replaced. It meets the 50% rule of FEMA due to the flood damage, just the accumulation of damage to the home. But all clear, right.....

Our techs have been by every two days to check traps and ensure that our infestation is being killed off diligently. They understand our need to get this matter under control as quickly as possible.

Trying to get a Saturday appointment. Called three times. Told them I'm available any Saturday in the month except one. They placed me on the day I am not available. Still after 4 calls to corporate the local branch manager will not call me to get this resolved.

We recently moved into a home with an infestation of roaches. We had no understanding or knowledge of how to handle an infestation so we turned to terminix. They were professional on the phone but when it came time for someone to come out we had no technician show multiple times. I was very frustrated as we already put money out and after calling the technician personally and rescheduling 3 separate times, we finally had someone show up. This was only after 3 missed appointments which is 3 separate days of me waiting around. They placed baits and sprayed the baseboards and outside area but we still had a problem! They told us they would come back within 30 days free of charge but we could not get anyone to show up to any appointments. They basically did what we could have done one our own and I paid $500 for nothing in my eyes.After a headache of dealing with this company we tried a different pest eliminator who was more helpful within 10 minutes than Terminix had been the entire time we had dealt with them. They pin pointed right away that the palmetto bugs were coming through the pipes and we had a plumber out the same day to fix our problem.They were very helpful and informative and did not even make any money off of us. I would never recommend Terminix, not even my worst enemy. Please stay clear of this company!!Service: General pest inspection

Wow only 1 star blew my mind! I couldn't have been anymore impressed by my technician who came out today! Carlos was beyond thorough! I mentioned one small comment about cobwebs and this guy was out on my Lani for a good 20 min! Not a single cobweb to be seen! He was also extremely responsive to my texts and was super knowledgeable! I wish I would have got the woman's name in the office when I called because she too was absolutely outstanding! Her laugh was infectious and she genuinely cared about what I had to say! I hands down would recommend this company to anyone who needs pest service. We really don't have problems in our home but feel so much better being proactive with Terminex in our corner.Services: Home inspection
