“You never know what you’ll find here. The store is neat and well organized. They have monthly sales and a loyalty card. Most importantly, they do an amazing service for the community. When I stopped in today, the lady at the cash wrap pointed out that they had helped almost 2,500 people in the month of May alone. Thank you to all the lovely volunteers for your hard work!”

“My husband was looking for something specific that he could not find anywhere and thought he would check out this store to search for it. Sometimes they have things that are really no longer available.

We haven’t been in the store since before the hurricane and we’re quite pleasantly surprised at how well organized and clean the store was. We mentioned it to the gentleman working there and he said they had a new manager named Dennis who worked very hard to set everything up.

“I have been on a hunt for a very particular item & this shop has had one of the largest unique selections I've seen; 2 extra rooms full of items from gorgeous storage boxes, furniture, antique dolls, 2 person bikes and a grandfather clock. Things you would love to just look at and expect in a place like this :) It is very tidy and doesn't have an "ol old person smell" which a lot of re-sell shops like this usually have. I was surprised by the amount of designer bags that were on display, they looked very nice & in good condition. The lady was very polite & helpful. There was nice music playing throughout & it was well ventilated and cool, so it was a very nice & relaxing experience. There is private parking lot right outside (tow away for non customers) so you don't have to walk far. Prices looks reasonable for the unique products, I'm sure if I fell in love with an item I wouldn't mind paying the price.”

“Went in just to browse, left with clothes and jewelry and the coolest coffee mug. I've been here before and my granddaughter has to visit every time she comes down. Great place and better prices. Worth the trip.”

“Today I watched the Manager here do something amazing! As I made my way to the back of the store to look for items for my new home I overheard a conversation between two gentlemen a older senior and this male manager, they where talking about the cost of a walker and I believe the older gentlemen was asking if the manager could either lower the price or let him borrow the walker because he needed for assistance walking . I dont think there was a option for the older gentlemen to borrow the walker because it would go against Goodwill policy or something. However the manager did something that made me stop in my tracks and take notice! He told the older gentlemen that he would buy the walker for him out of his own money! I couldn't believe the kindness this manager was showing the gentlemen and this moment of humanity doing something so beautiful! One human genuinely caring for another that he had never previously met , but he recognized had a need and he made a immediate decision to be a good person and do what he could to help this old man! And out of his own pocket none the less!! Goodwill won't pay him back for his kindness I think he knew that but he still did it without hesitation!! This man is the perfect example of excellent customer service and a beautiful example of how we can help eachother out in times of need if we just care a small amount about others! I offered to pay half but they couldn't do split payments and all I had was a credit card! But even if I could have paid half I dont think this manager would have allowed me to because he committed to help this gentlemen himself and he did!! Im just so grateful to have been witness to this act of kindness ! These are the type of people who deserve recognition in life for being extraordinary humans , and also unfortunately the same type of people who serve the public day by day and rarely ever go noticed for there efforts! Well sir I see you and I appreciate you and I commend you for helping that old man!!! You are truly a good person and a excellent manager!
