I come to this post office all of the time
I called regarding a package that has been lost with no updates since September 5th. The young lady who answered the phone Was very rude,loud and fast talking me off of the phone. I asked to speak to someone else because she was very hyper. Amanda came to the phone. She is very rude and over talked me basically yelling over my concerns the whole time. I never experienced this at this location so I’m truly disappointed and I will never return. Please train them on customer service skills and when a customer calls with concerns Thats not a green light to be argumentative. If I can rate 0 stars I would

Do you like an easy mailing and return process? Of course you do. Then you would want to go to UPS in the Peachland Plaza. Why here? I’m glad you asked. Pearl is here, And she will deliver the most efficient, courteous, and enjoyable UPS experience in Port Charlotte. Sure, you could go to the post office and get wee wee results. Also, There’s no Pearl there. And your friends will laugh at you.

Nadia and the other associates are always so helpful and accommodating. Nadia greets ALL who enters the UPS store. I am writing this review in response to the person Khadijah that wrote a bad review. Her review is laughable and she also wrote bad reviews about planet fitness and FedEx office for ADA violations. Looks like she’s a scammer. NADIA is the sweetest nicest person ever. I have been going there for years and she is wonderful.
