Has one of the only self serve/ after hours kiosk in Charlotte County. Although there is a single unit onsite it is often down and for many days in a row. It's really a shame because they could sell twice as many services and products with less front of house employees (which is always a problem staffing). Maybe consider 2 terminals or a more knowledgeable repairman 🤔

Very friendly staff. They are thorough when doing business, always a smile on their faces. The only issue is the customer service lane is always long, but you get through quick enough. I love how convenient this one is. The reason I use this post office is because whoever is processing the mail from this location gets it out in a matter of days. Usually on the second or third day our mail, post cards, packages are delivered. Really amazing service. I also like that they have all the stamps they have available on display. I always get a book of stamps here. They also have a display for almost everything, on how to address your mail and packages etc.

They are the only way that some people can pay they bills so they should do a better job. Last I heard the drivers were getting 14 or15 dollars an hour.thats enough fort them to work a little longer.

The clerks at this Post Office provide very courteous and professional service. They answer questions with detail. I feel welcome. However, a very important letter which I mailed certified had not been delivered. It is looping. I put the correct address on it. However, it turned out that the postal clerk had covered vital information, ie the suite number, when affixing the certified label. Please be careful in placing the labels.

Terrible post office. No normal human pleasantries. Just brusque interaction. They appear to hate their jobs. The manager of this branch should be removed.
There is a wonderful, small post office in El Jobean. They treat their customers with respect. Imagine...what a concept.

When I went in the 1st time there was something wrong with the self-serve kiosk so I looked online to find one in a different place. When I got to the office off Paulsen Dr I was told they don't have any. It was a sorting building. So I went back to the office I was at in the 1st place & they had fixed it. So I was able to get my packages sent out. I've encountered misinformation 3-4 times on their website. Will someone please update the website. This has been going on for a few years now!! It wastes gas & is very upsetting when a person is trying to find an office that has a self-serve kiosk. Please proofread your website & get the errors fixed, updated & whatever else needs to be fixed. Thanks! ? Kim Schauer

Friendly, vibrant, efficient, and overall very nice Post Office! They even gave my daughter unicorn stickers! Will definitely use their services again!
