Male employee was complaining of having a long and busy day. Newsflash; that's called a job. I have one too as a Supervisor of a World Language Dept. with many staff and students. And I don't/ can't refuse service. As a result, he wasted my time and did not help -- just flat out refused a reasonable request. A call was just placed with a complaint against him. My advice: go to location at 3280 Tamiami Trl as they are more helpful and not rude. My advice to the male employee: "Suck it up buttercup"

this is one of the worst stores ever. there are always long lines and the employees don't care that you've been waiting for an hour, they just. and no one helped me solve the problem and told me to call customer service

BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! The customer service is non existent. The reps are unbelievably rude and unknowledgeable on how to solve problems. The wait time to just be told “I can’t help you” is crazy. The “manager” Tony is too good to help customers with sales even though you guys clearly need the help. I waited for 2 hours. The guy that assisted has no clue on what he was doing. This location needs to be shut down seriously & I plan on giving corporate a call

Bought a phone for 99 year old Father in Law. Luckily we went to a company store so that they could guide us in what to get. We would buy him the latest and greatest phone however he would not be able to use it. They actually saved us $170 dollars because someone else tried to sell us a more expensive phone that he never would be able to use. Also adding the additional number to the account only cost us an additional $10 a month. We tried online also but they wanted to change our plan and at over 70 y are old we like our plan and know how to use it. Verizon cellular works for us. A little costly but we are over 70 and it helps since we have iPhones, watch’s and iPads and the interface between Verizon and Apple is well within our septuagenarian capabilities.

I’d been dreading getting a new phone for months, but the experience I had was totally seamless and I’m so impressed by the friendliness of the staff here. They were all so helpful and made the process a lot less hellish than I assumed it would be!

Customer service is a joke. Nobody knows anything. Don't waste your time. Call the manufacturer of the product.

Nina is a huge asset to Verizon. She went above and beyond to make sure that we felt valued as a customer. I went in to upgrade my phones and she took time to make sure that we had everything set up correctly. She was also able to add other value added services to our account. I will only work with her going forward. I also sent feedback to headquarters to make sure she is recognized for her care of customers.

3rd time going Global with, sorry without Verizon. They cannot make my phone work while charging me $10.00 Day. At the end of my trip I get a $120.00 added to my bill with BAD SERVICE AND SUPPORT.

Came in for a tech issue on my daughter’s phone and needed a new sim. I’m a former employee of the company so I know my way around tech. Sal installed my sim upside down on purpose and tried to sell me a new device. Just bolted, surprised that a corporate location would tolerate this kind of unethical behavior.

There isn't much doubt that Verizon's service is among the best, however they fall short IMO when comes to placing automatically insurance plans on equipment generally without your permission. If you don't want coverage you best be alert. I'm still awaiting an explanation.

Welcome to Verizon...one of the worse places in the entire country. As an ISP their service is terrible and the people that woks there in ( for sure ) customer service ( P. Charlotte ) are the same but I understand, because they work for peanuts, as well the technical support reps. They lied by promising so much and not delivering. They are obligated to give technical support to a group of 2/3 people at the same time. We are pretty sure by now, they are competing with Comcast who is the most hateful company in the USA.
