Today, on 11/06/2023 went to pick up my script. Whatever system they have in place now at pharmacy is definitely working. Last few months maybe 6 or 7 months ago had to wait up to 10-12 hours for script to be filled. Now it's fast and efficient! Many Thanks!

Angry pharmacy staff looking and make you feel awful for interrupting them. Won't acknowledge your presence. No greeting, no thank you! Think I can find another place to pick up a scrip where maybe , just maybe they might smile or here's a thought appreciate my business.

Walgreens in general are a decent store to shop. However the pharmacy location @ Rampart and Kings Hwy Punta Gorda Fl, is a different story. They claim medications will be ready at a specific time but add a day to actually be able to pick the medication.

I went here for two days straight and brought gift cards and those to days I wasn't able to redeem them and come to find out that I was being scammed the whole time because I never received money back I showed proof that it wasn't working and they said that there was nothing they are able to do about it. Overall just a bad establishment I also don't recommend going to buy things here

Pharmacy staff was unpleasant and not helpful over the phone. Claimed they were not able to run my insurance to give me the cost of my vaccination before coming in. Suggest you go elsewhere.

I experienced some awesome service and very friendly staff at the pharmacy last night. I got out of the hospital around 9:30pm, and by the time I was dropping off my script, the pharmacy only had 15 min left. I asked if they could please fill my script before they closed, and they did! I appreciate that so much! I wish I could remember the names of the pharmacy staff/ technician, because they definitely deserve recognition for that! Not everybody with do that, Thank you!

I went there last week for a Covid 19 booster and could not believe the disorganization of the pharmacy.....all I can say is it was chaos personified.The staff was running around with their heads cut off, that is those who were actually working as there were a few just standing around.When I spoke to two women next to me I was told they has been waiting for over 11/2 hrs. for a scheduled appointment. I myself waited 45 minutes.The pharmacist was frazzled and just about passed out when my arm oozed a little blood. She clearly was NOT suited for the task at hand.You were left on your own to wait the suggested 20 minutes post injection but I bailed because I couldn't stand being there another minute.I really hate to be so critical BUT if you cannot handle the demand then you shouldn't off the service.Another suggestion would be to actually get a nurse (someone who actually knows how to administer injections to do the task).I never actually cared for Walgreens in the past because I found their prices too high so now I have another reason not to deal with them.If 0 stars was an option that is what they would have gotten.

THE LIQUOR STORE HAS SOME GREAT PRICES. They list the sale price in their flyer but should also list the original price. That way people would be able to see how much they are really saving.. The sale should also be changed more than once a month. It would get people motivated once they see the flyer.

If I could give zero stars I would. This pharmacy is by far the worst of all the Walgreens in the area. They never answer the phones. While I’m writing this review so far I have been on hold for over 35 minutes with 2 callers ahead of me. They also don’t pay attention to meds on hand for what’s needed coming in very near future days. Every single month I have to be sick for several days because they have to order something that won’t be in for several days. Even when I call ahead a week in advance most times they still have to order it because they didn’t order it when I called the first time because my medication wasn’t due yet. I’ve now been on hold for 40 still have 2 callers ahead of me. Also, I guarantee as soon as they do answer they will immediately put me on hold over and over and over again. I highly advise going to a different Walgreens or other pharmacy rather than this one.

My husband had a 8:30am appointment. We got here at 8:00 and still waiting at 8:50. For his 3rd shot. They are so slow. I got my shot Monday and I was in and out in 20 min. They were so nice and concerned.
