I am writing this review with serious concern after multiple deeply troubling experiences at your pharmacy involving one of your female pharmacists. Her demeanor was consistently impatient, condescending, and annoyed while addressing a basic inquiry regarding epilepsy medication. Not only did she speak to me as though I was a burden, but she also demonstrated a disturbing lack of compassion or urgency regarding the specific and critical needs of epilepsy patients.
This isn’t about a bad day or a single rude moment — it’s about a pattern of dismissive and unprofessional behavior from someone who is supposed to be a trusted healthcare provider. Her attitude not only reflects poorly on your company’s standards but also raises real safety concerns. Patients with epilepsy don’t have the luxury of miscommunication or indifference when it comes to their medication.
If this is the kind of person you are entrusting with people’s lives and health, then corporate leadership seriously needs to reassess their hiring and training policies. I urge you to review surveillance footage, talk to other customers, and investigate thoroughly. A public-facing healthcare professional with this demeanor is a liability — to the company, and more importantly, to the people who rely on your services to stay alive and healthy.
I am seriously reconsidering ever using your pharmacy services again, and I know others will feel the same if this issue is ignored. I expect a response and action.

Thank you, Walgreens for the convenience of being able to do my banking with your Corporation. I have better banking hours! And one thing I love about the store they know their products they know where they are and it’s fast and quit getting out of there. If I could give a 10 star review, I would happy holidays.

The partial grey bearded manager was not friendly at all and didn’t care about my photo order. I was told when it wasn’t ready on time that “Life doesn’t work out”. Then I got my order and it looked like crap and like it was rushed to finish. It was uneven and crushed on one corner. Do not order from the Walgreens on Cochran in PC. Horrible! I’m going to eat the money and go somewhere else to get my mom a Mothers Day collage.

This is an experience that I had in the liquor store this morning. My husband and I were in the pharmacy and we decided to stop by the liquor store on our way out. It was 8:55 so we decided to wait until they opened at 9:02 I was looking through the door and I said to my husband, “it doesn’t look like they’re going to open” when two ladies walked out of the pharmacy door and they were carrying a cash drawer. The one woman said, “ just hold onto your horses. It’s only 9 o’clock”. Telling a potential customer to just hold onto their horses is not appropriate. It ruffled my feathers so I pulled my phone out and I said it’s 9:02. She fired back with, “ We don’t go by that time we go by our time”. We walked into the store and she continued making remarks so I said, You know what? We will go someplace else. I don’t need somebody being snarky”. I did call her snarky. She verbally went after me so I said, “That is fine. I will take care of this on social media.” She replied with, “oh you just go ahead” or something to that effect I started walking out. My husband who is a former college football coach has no patience with rude people and he went after her verbally. It was not appropriate on his part. I know enough to walk away from people like that. We rarely go into a liquor store as we don’t drink that often, but I don’t think we will be going to any more liquor stores anytime soon.

Pharmacy is good. The Pharmacist is available to answer prescription questions. The check out staff isn't always friendly, but they aren't rude

Old lady at the register needs to learn how to speak to people 4-18-24 @12:40 pm, got aggravated I inserted my card instead of tapping then said “omg” and took my card out of my hand. And continued to talk under her breath.

This place is a joke. The cashier couldn’t figure out how to do cash back when k come here 3 times a week at least with the same debit card to do so. Manager said “I can’t help ya it’s not my problem.” Dude needs to lose some weight and needs to be socked in the face

I'm sorry I didn't get the woman's name who helped me today, but she was so sweet I had to leave a review. She worked at the make up counter and when she saw me looking around for something she immediately came to help with a warm smile. She stayed with me until I figured out what I needed and lead me to the product I needed. She was a great help and I very much appreciated her.

This location is absolutely the worse one. They won’t fill a prescription if your insurance doesn’t cover the medication or you don’t have insurance on file. If they don’t agree with what you and your dr agree on treatment they make it almost impossible to get your medication.

Nothing but excuses from the techs and the pharmacist. They can never get they're story straight on why my prescriptions don't ever get refilled on time. Save yourself a trip and go to cvs. Girl with the pink and black hair is extremely rude.
