Every single person in here is wonderful, and I truly mean that.
And then there’s Dave. Dave is one of the pharmacists that floats at this location and he’s not only abusive, but he’s uneducated in how his own company operates, screaming at me on the phone to check my app that has 0 notifications on it one day, when I was trying to get my anxiety medication but then on another occasion, I had been driven to Walgreens as I don’t drive if I’ve taken my medication, and as I was speaking to him through the window he screamed at me that the intercom was not meant for the passenger (because he couldn’t hear me) yikes
Update: 6/14/25 more new staff who don’t know what’s going on and don’t communicate with each other leading me to almost go into a with draw from meds again!

The pharmacy here has always been a joy to work with. I am just down the road within walking distance from another location, and intentionally drive to this location which is 15 minutes away, because I KNOW I will be taken care of.

I ordered delivery for cold and flu medicine because I'm very sick at home, the delivery driver brought my orange juice and none of my cold and flu medicines. He told me I had to contact the store to get the rest of my order, when I contacted the store they told me the only thing they could do was cancel the order or I could come pick it up myself. I wouldn't have ordered delivery if I wanted to come get it myself so now I'm sitting in the Drive-Thru with 102 fever in my pajamas waiting to get my order and I've already tipped the driver and pay the delivery fee

In January 2024, I entrusted Fedex to handle the transportation of my computer. Regrettably, due to a labeling error on their part, my computer has been misplaced, and its whereabouts remain unknown.

Tyler in the pharmacy was extremely rude, did not even ask which medication I was looking for before arguing with me about checking with them first over the phone. I stated I had been trying to call since 09:30 finally getting to talk to a person at 1700 for that reason, told him which medication I was looking for and he finally stated he would put me on hold and check with the pharmacist.

was there this morning 8:30am 2 co-workers discussing plattets of items that came in. The younger lady doing most of the talking. She casually dropping 8 F b0mbs with no shame. This was at the photo desk and I was 3 isles over. Could hear it as clear as day ? yikes

This place is a joke. The cashier couldn’t figure out how to do cash back when k come here 3 times a week at least with the same debit card to do so. Manager said “I can’t help ya it’s not my problem.” Dude needs to lose some weight and needs to be socked in the face

The older manager with dark curly hair refuses to honor posted sale prices, stating they forgot to remove the signs. I generally purchase only things on sale.I guess Walgreens wants us to buy from Amazon too. Because there customer service sucks

Romario at Tamiami Walgreens spent a good half hour to try to get an identical pic from my camera which didn’t happen the first time. He got it done. Great job Romario!

Morons all. I'm not returning to this location ever again. Good luck getting your scripts filled without two weeks of B's with them and your prescription insurance.
