Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. They tried to tell me today that my husband’s ARNP Colleen Nottingham wasn’t a psych nurse, she’s been in the psychiatric community for many years. Her office is literally 2 miles down the road!! They make you feel like you are a drug addict when trying to fill a prescription, such as Aderrall. Which is used for ADHD/ADD. They will not fill the prescription on day 30, which means my husband has to go without 2 doses of his ADD meds until the fill, which is not good since you shouldn’t skip doses of these types of medications. The pharmacy staff are rude under the guise of their policies. We will never ever use them again. I suggest none of you do either, especially if you need to fill any medications that are regulated. Shame on them for making people feel terrible just to get their prescriptions filled!! I am not the only who feels this way regarding this pharmacy.

The employees of this store are extraordinary! This morning, the clasp on my necklace broke and my diamond pendent fell off. I searched the store aisles twice, but couldn't find it. I reported my lost pendant to the front cashier, and left my contact info, in case anyone found it. All day, I felt bad. It was a gift for my 40th birthday. Then, at 8:00 tonight, Stephanie called and said she'd found it!! I am so happy!! Thank you Stephanie, and everyone at the store!

I have been going to this pharmacy for years now. I gotta say I haven’t had any bad experiences with them. The pharmacist Kathy is always helpful and pleasant. I can’t go without praising Iziah because he is attentive and seems like a leader there always making sure stuff happens. Also he is kind! Thank you all! The techs are helpful and kind. My favorite pharmacy in Charlotte country ! To want to thank the crew here for being so patient even under pressure. I know they get slammed and still manage to take the time to explain and educate. Thanks again team!!!

Walgreens you need to fix that horrendous pothole exiting onto US41, been there for months and in the dark and when water filled its catastrophic for our wheels. mine nearly had cracked rim the other night. Put time/money into maintenance before the inevitable happens

So bad experience with rude pharmacy’s employees. Today I went to that store and asked a woman if covid test was covered by my insurance company. She answered “ Just with appointments”
So I did not asked her about appointments, I asked her if I would have to pay out of my pocket or my insurance company would pay for the test.
So one more time, she did not answered my simple question, she said rudeness “ It’s $24,99”
After that, she threw a mask on the countertop and said “wear mask inside the store”
No Please, No Can you please?, No excuse me… just “wear mask inside the store”
I didn't say if the test was for me, my husband, my daughter... She just threw off the mask and used sanitary spray when I turned my back. Does this stupid person do this to every sick person who comes into this pharmacy? Does she use sanitary spray after each person leaves? She picks up infected things all day long, but to humiliate me, for no reason at all, she used her spray very rudely almost behind my back.
The only disease that exists in the world today, which requires disinfection, is COVID? Does she know that viruses are everywhere, including in the air she breathes all day long? And no, I don't have COVID. I just need a travel test.
Stupid people.

This will be the LAST prescription I pick up they are ALWAYS late and I end up extremely sick without my medication and can’t function without it. Everyone who works their is extremely friendly except for Kathy she asks way too many personal questions about how I get my medication which isn’t her business, it’s between my doctor and myself. She also is very rude everytime I call and kindly explain that my prescription is due, it always ends up being 2-3 days late and I still say nothing but I’m done, if they ever put you on the phone with her ask to speak to someone else, they’ll politely help you with your needs and stay out of your business as they should. I’m not ashamed to be on Suboxine, it has kept me healthy and safe regardless of some peoples rude and unwanted opinions as a “professional”.

Personally I think this is the best Walgreens in Charlotte county. Especially The pharmacy department. Cathy is always so helpful and considerate. No matter how busy she is she always makes time to answer any questions or concerns that I have. She treats everyone like family and it makes you happy to spend your hard earned money at this location. I personally drive past @ least 3 closer locations just because off her wonderful service. I don't know how much she is paid but whatever it is it's not enough.

The Manager with blonde curly hair is terrible . Absolutely no customer service skills and seems to move very lazy . Had a line at the front when I asked for a cashier she said go to the front she’ll meet you there not knowing a line had formed already . Just very unprofessional all the way around

Bethany is by far the best employee. This place is always under staffed but, she always has a smile on her face, she emphasize with the customers. She greets you with a smile. She deals with a lot and I wanted her to know she is the only reason why I stay there. Thank you Bethany. Keep kicking but and thank you.

My wife and I have gone here on and off for a few years because it’s in a very convenient spot for us and located close to us.We have had constant horrible interactions with many of their cashiers they are very rude and blatantly disrespectful on a consistent basis.Their liquor store is lackluster, at the time of writing this their fridge is broken so you can’t get cold beer.The actual store is what you would expect from Walgreens in terms of products and selection.However I would steer very clear of this location.We will not be back.
