The way this walmart treats disabled customers is absolutely shameful. The run-around to get a seat for a severe diabetic while she waits at the pharmacy, truly revolting. There were some lovely women at customer service and one at the pharmacy as well.

I have ordered 3 online pickup orders during this COVID-19 Pandemic, and I have to say I'm very impressed. All employees who have assisted us were not only positive, but were wearing masks. I'm very happy with Walmart's new and improved selection of food and beverages. Having more gluten free, vegan and alcoholic options is a huge plus. Using the app is super easy, and I also love the recommendations the search bar gives me when I type in something general. If something is out of stock with your online order the employees do their best to replace that item with the same price or cheaper. If an item you receive is somehow damaged, just call to inform them and they are HAPPY to replace it for you. Amazing customer service! Big two thumbs up!! Keep up the great work Walmart Employees of Port Charlotte, FL! :)

WalMart on Kings Highway gets 5 stars for great service during covid-19 outbreak. Store is pretty well-stocked, carts are wiped down, signs posted for social distancing reminders, employees are showing up for work and are helpful and pleasant.

here on vacation from Michigan .... tried salon. my only regret is I did not get the name of lady that did my manicure and pedicure. Excellent ! I will be here 3 months so I will be back. very happy

Cant believe that walmart allows people to bring their little dogs into the grocery part. I saw an elderly couple with the little yorkie in the store. The dog was on a leash walking and smelling everything. What happens if someone is allergic to dogs and buys that item that the dog touched??? Who is responsible??? People leave your dogs at home when grocery shopping, they do not need to be there, unless they are actually a registered service dog, if not then leave them home.

Arrived for tire installation appointment and just was ignored. Did manage to attract the attention on one person who said he would get someone. 20 minutes had gone when I just had to let one of the many people standing around about my displeasure You cannot make this stuff up Finally someone did write up the work order and said it would take 1 1/2 hrs Guess WM does not like &1000.00 tire jobs

I really don't even want to give one star on this review. I am highly upset over the unprofessionalism and the disregard of the employees of the auto care service at this Walmart. The auto care center opens at 7:15 AM and I was there at 7:09 AM with two cars ahead of me and I was told that it would be 45 minutes which is still ridiculous but I excepted. Two hours later after I had to check in on my vehicle, I was told it would still be a little longer. I got to my vehicle and the oil life had not been reset here again is another several minutes to get the oil life reset. Now this is a normal procedure following it oil change so why wasn't it done now I question every part of the oil change it was completed I will not be going back to Walmart any Walmart again for an oil change.
