It's only a grocery store.

I found ants in my donuts. They were bagged white powdered ones. The atmosphere was okay, obviously a bit rough. The service was wonderful. I haven't checked the rest of our food, it could just be the one product, but Walmart shouldn't be carrying a product that has ants in it.

Love this small Walmart. Very organized, clean and good price too. Fruit and vegetables are fresh. Groceries are well stocking. Store employees are helpful and friendly. Would definitely shop here again.

This is a clean store with a more pleasant environment than the Superstore. Like the larger store, grocery selection and stock are inconsistent. The biggest problem with this store is checkout. Apparently to reduce employee costs, they have installed several self-service machines. They usually keep 1 to 3 live cashiers, which is never enough. So your choice is to use the many self-service check-outs where only one employee assists customers with the many machines. My experience has been that many customers need assistance, which slows down the process. The company's apparent attempt to limit jobs and speed up checkout meets only the first objective.

This grocery market style Walmart is pretty cool. The produce is above average and wide variety of good greens. The prices are reasonable and this location is remarkably clean. I like shopping here because the prices are better than local chain stores in the area. Shopping here during the week renders less people and weekends seem busy. Most of the staffers are really nice and helpful however their is a certain deli lady who is absolutely miserable. She lost Walmart Neighborhood Market a star.

Great people here and the place is aleast super clean. They don't have all the options that a superstore has, but it has what I need. I'm there 2 to 3 times a week and I don't even mind. The people w orkibg that are always so nice and willing to help.

A different kind of Walmart. They order more organic foods than regular Walmart Superstores. The frozen foods has a lot more choices of healthy foods. It is a condensed store so it's quicker to get through. Produce was excellent. Customer service was very friendly.

I love this place! That is a shocker because I won't go to a regular Walmart Supercenter. The meat and produce are not up to my standards. I don't care how cheap. I want good fuel for my body. And the hike inside and out was not user friendly. But this place is starting to have some organic stuff. Their ready made organic salads are great! I have moved my prescriptions there and that should say it all.

I've seen these neighborhood markets in California but never frequented them. No particular reason not to except for the general uneasiness I have towards all things with 'mart' in the name. I've no idea if I just made this affliction up or if it's a real thing but hey, it COULD be a thing. That neurosis is for another review. This review is about the neighborhood Walmart market and the selection available for the average consumer. Tis good! A full size grocery store without all the Charlie Foxtrot scenarios one typically finds in a full sized Wal-Mart (there are many but I don't want to get into that). The prices are comparable or better to other groceries and we all need sustenance so why spend more? Enjoy!
