I ordered a salad and drink on doordash. They lied and marked the salad out of stock. I went in the store and ordered and they had but they made me drive their and pay $8 for a $2 drink.

Employees coming out to smoke right in front of the entry door is a major turn off. At least walk a few feet away.

No help from employees. Will not acknowledge you although your order is on the counter “awaiting bagging”. Reason for “bagger” is so they don’t “cross Contaminate” by touching bags. But they don’t change their gloves or wash hands between orders, filthy!

Not that bad of a place if you can.train yourself to ignore the boatload of inconsiderate people who look and act like carnival folk. And maybe enforce the no smoking rule outside. Otherwise, why do you have this rule?

almost wish i could post this anonymously because, i will be getting food from here again and don’t want my food tampered with but, oh well 😂 anyway… i work nights, sleep until about lunch time and this store is right by the house so, it’s convenient and i love the selection and the food! however, if Sandy is bringing out your food, be prepared to get the head shaking and “why don’t you just come in”, “i hate my job” attitude 😂 never had this issue with anyone there other than her! the other ladies are always super friendly! if it was just once, understandable, but this has happened 3 separate times and it’s the same person. i order ahead and curbside because it’s an option. super convenient too! Sandy, hope your days get better or you find something more enjoyable for you soon, everyone else, keep up the great work! Florida runs on WaWa 🤍

The customer service representative appeared visibly frustrated when she was tasked with delivering a curbside order, handing me my drink with a noticeable lack of courtesy. Her demeanor, characterized by head-shaking and irritation, suggested that she was unhappy with her responsibilities. It is essential for employees to provide the level of service for which they are compensated. Never again, manager needs to stop the curbside service on this Wawa location
