Met with Richard today for investment renewal at Port Charlotte (McCall Road) office Made an appointment to meet. Walked into office and Richard met me and I didn't even have to sit and wait at all. Very easy to conduct my business and on my way. Excellent service and super friendly. Can say that it was one of the best banking experiences I've had in Florida ever. No question about where I will be going the next time I need banking services. Thanks Wells Fargo for having friendly, considerate employees

Absolutely the worst bank! Went through the drive through to make a deposit as no one was in line, Sat in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes. Kept telling me to hold on. Eventually had to ask for my check and documents back as I was tired of waiting. The teller had plenty of time to tell us to hold on several times and to send back the check but didn’t have the 1 minute it usually takes to deposit the check. Could have warned me that it was going to be a long wait and I would have just walked up to the ATM and saved some time. Extremely inconsiderate of your time. Seriously thinking about dropping this bank. Stay away from this branch.

the employees are friendly and helpful, BUT it is impossible to reach anyone by phone. I find it annoying to have to make an appointment then drive to the bank to get a simple question answered. I also have accounts at Chase. They promptly answer the phone. Hmmmmm, why do I keep an accounts with WF?

This branch is always understaffed. Pack a lunch on Mondays and Fridays because the lines are so long. Don't bother walking in to see a banker, without an appointment they are always busy the entire day.

So mismanaged. Not enough tellers the line was put the door. I am not a frequent customer but the others on line kept complaining on a loud voice for the mamangwr to hear. This branch needs four tellers on the line and teady to go at 8am. EVERY DAY

Before switching managers this location was great,but it has slowly been in a decline since then and finally has hit rock bottom. I have never had dealt with customer service this rude and all around nasty in my life. Also their ATM eats your deposit and they “can’t put a sign on it” even when it was acknowledged as an issue and that they are waiting on a part and the manager says “this has been on going for months”

Went to cash a payroll check that’s thru well Fargo they refused to cash it without two forms of Id. First off who carries two ids second the staff is very rude. Don’t attempt to cash your payroll here regions next door is very friendly and will cash it for free.

I have never had a bad experience at this branch and I've done business here since it was a Wachovia branch! Personally dealt with Nick who I understand is gone now and definitely sorry to hear that as he personally developed and maintained the relationship in a way few banks do! I hope the same great service continues in his absence!

This is my Wells Fargo store of choice when I get to make one. Fast, friendly and by the books. They got to know me pretty personally and make my time in there short and to the point now which is what I like! Normal bank doing normal stuff!

I waited from 2:30 until 3pm to open an account, while listening to the manager socialize. After 30 minutes a woman apologised for my wait and said the manager had a long day and asked if she could make an appointment for another day and suggested maybe I should visit another location. Terrible manager on down to ignorant assistants. Banker hours end at 2:30 at this location. Too lazy to work!
