No baggers. The clerk told me she wouldn't touch the reusable bags I bought in and there are no baggers so I would have to do it myself. My have to rethink my shopping location.

i have not had a problem until this last time. i did not receive all the items and for the two fors i only got one. the items not received are a loaf bread,hotdog buns,one box taco mix . fruit cup,i ordered four and only got two.,brownie mix, green pepper. this is all i know of thus far.

Went to do normal shopping after completely scanning all groceries and having them loaded into cart computer crashes. We had to start all over at another register. Customer behind me loses his mind instantly demanding a manager. Now keep in mind there's self checkout he could of easily went too. He had 10 items if not less. Julia held herself together strong and kept a smile the whole time. kept scanning my groceries. Whole process took less then 15 minutes. My kind of store and will keep coming back!

Went there to get a flu shot, they advertise walk-ins ok. Got there 15 minutes before they go to lunch and told me they did not have enough time and to come back later. Went there 2 days later and were told they reached their quota for the day (this before noon). Was told they wouldn't have enough for their appointments. I went home and immediately got appointments for that same day at 2:00 pm. Terrible experience!!!

Friendly, helpful pharmacy staff! Store was very clean (looked like new inside) and items being sold were neatly placed and organized on shelves to shop from. Many BOGO selections throughout the location Kitchen's meals were hot, fresh and reasonably priced.

when we moved to Port Charlotte, Fl from Michigan I only wanted to shop at Walmart or Aldi, but the "Win Win" commercials caught my husbands attention and talked me into shopping there. We have shopped there now several times and have been happy, But my husband and I are literally done with Winn Dixie. my husband shopped there this last time where he tried to pay with his cashapp card, the first time he swiped it "declined" , he tried it a second time "declined" . at that time he approached the employee and asked if the transaction might have gone through and he was told no, so he used a different card which the charge went through. after he got home he noticed the 2 charges were on his cashapp card "pending" my husband stopped up to the store the next day where they said the charges will drop out of pending. the charges then posted being taken out of our account 2 days after he was told that. after calling the corporate office we still yet are trying to solve this overcharge with them. we tried to explain to them it's hard enough for families to buy groceries let alone trying to cover the price 3 times the amount. their statement " Sorry theirs nothing we can do here at the store" you would think to keep a customer Winn Dixie would compensate quickly on $82!

Worst pharmacy in Port Charlotte. A year ago, this pharmacy was pretty good but since then, someone new is running it and it is the worst. Every time I stop in to pick up a prescription, they say, "We don't have it." I have to call my doctors office and they resend it. 30 minutes later, they will say the same thing. After an hour, someone will say, " Oh, here it is". It was clear that they had it all the time. Recently, I needed a prescription sent to a different Winn-Dixie. I called and was told, "Give us two hours." Three hours later, they had not done what was promised. I plan to change insurance carriers so I can use a different pharmacy.

Went to this Winn Dixie earlier about eleven am was ignored by one of the deli lady like she couldn't see me and decided to do some dishes. There was another lady that was helping another customer. Once she got done doing the dishes she approached a customer that just arrived and asked her what she needed. I spoke up and informed the deli lady that I was next and received a very dirty look from her She rudely ask me what I want and started to cut the cold cut I asked for she put it on the scale and proceeded to give me what she cut and I asked her if it was two pounds and she rudely told me that it was closed enough and that is all she was willing to do I told her she's very rude and needs to learn how to talk to customers. I talked to a manager for that department and was told to go somewhere else if I want to be treated better.

I love this Winn-Dixie. It is the biggest one yet. They have lots of fresh ready to go stuff and kiosks with meats,seafoods etc. wide variety of brands including main stream and off brands. It is well run and clean and they observe CDC guidelines for COVID. This particular shop is compatible to our best Publix.

The managment not good always out of stock there used to be a wonderful woman who was in charge but they said retired please bring Her back t she e help was even friendlier when she was in charge
