Been a customer with xfinity for a few months now. Although it has been great, I hate the constant service interruptions. As far as I’m aware, since they were the ones who told me, I am the only person in my subdivision who has xfinity so tell me WHY I’m constantly having to wait for my service to be restored due to ‘outages’ when there isn’t one to begin with in the first place? If I don’t report one, don’t sit and say there’s an outage. Also you can’t talk to someone on the phone while an outage is happening, who does that? And the constant harassment I’ve been getting to get a mobile line, even after I tell them every time I do not want one, is a bit annoying at this point.

Wait time to see someone was 1 1/2 hours. Need more staff. Time receiving transfer of data to new phone was about 2 hours due to complications. When data transferred to new phone, it ate up another 26G of storage which they couldn't explain ???????? Very disappointed.

Only 3 people seeing customers and they have 1 person on exchanges and returns. Customers continue coming in. I guess they don’t care if I have a 2 or 3 hr wait time. I’ve made appointments before and still had to wait an hour. You would think they could hire more people with the money they bring in. Customer service is still HORRIBLE!

Rude staff.. best visit the other location up by the end of Kings Highway.. We left the on on 41 and went there and they were so helpful...bought our new phone there instead... I guess being a corporate store means customer service is not important ..

This store is well organized to help you but you should make an appointment or you may wait over an hour to speak to someone. It's also much better to go to the store than talk to the phone support as they always mess up my account.

Gave us the wrong equipment AND failed to replace the corrupt equipment. We just moved and they prematurely canceled our services. Between that and equipment, we were on the phone with Comcast for over six hours. On top of that, all the new app features that we signed up for we had to log back in each and every time to our apps multiple times a day. There is a reason why Comcast tried to rebrand as Xfinity because they are consistently the worst company in the United States for customer service. Boo boo. 😒

Terrible customer service. We came in at 5:20pm. Had to wait for 45 minutes but that was not the problem. We finally met with someone at 6pm. We wanted to be simple get mobile service and upgrades. The guy advise he wouldn’t be able to transfer our old to our new as something with data ends at 5:30pm. Mind you we just waited and got told that. The guy advise we can set it up at home. Eventually the guy started doing my husband’s phone as we made it clear we were not happy with the “shove off”. My husband and I had to trade spots while the employee set up my phone while my husband watched our kids. As I am walking up, it’s clear they are talking about my family to another snarky male employee. The snarky male employee could be heard making comments about us multiple times. Then I was advised it’s 6:45 and they closed at 7pm. The guy was more concern on getting out on time than helping us. I ended up taking the phones and finished at home.
The only positive experience was the lady ( maybe manager) who tried to entertain my kids because waiting for as long as we did makes young kids struggle.

I have been trying to make my payment online for two weeks, and their website is not working. I tried to call several times and is no option to talk to a person. Now they sent me a text telling me my service will be disconnected if I don't pay. How can I speak to somebody in person?

Stay away from this store and the company altogether. If you have another option, take it and don’t look back.
I won’t even get into the service interruptions and empty promises over phone and chat—that’s a separate issue.
What should have been a simple equipment return turned into three trips back and forth. The employee handling returns insisted he couldn’t take my modem because my service was still marked as active, even though I had my service canceled several days before. Customer support over the phone confirmed that the store should accept the return regardless of service status. Only on my third attempt did a helpful nice girl finally accept the modem without any hassle.
