I am pissed. Xfinity automatically downgraded my DVR cloud storage because they automatically assessed I had "to much cloud space" for FREE. They automatically downgraded the space from 150 hours to 20 hours and I lost around 70 recordings. Then tech support in overseas and I can not get it escalated. I was on the line 2 hours trying to get help. Time to change services.

I rarely have anything nice to say about Xfinity mobile regarding their customer service, but today was the exception due to the amazing service Marlon provided. He greeted me with a Smile, was Thoughtful, and Kind! If you are visiting the store, Marlon is the person you want to take care of you, as he provided me with a solution to my problem, that will allow my wife and I to upgrade our phones and save $ in the process. Xfinity should look to this gentleman as an example of how customer service should be provided!

As I write this review, I know the time it takes will be in vain. Comcast is a joke when it comes to customer service. They’re all about money. They’ll increase your rates continuously but care less about customer service. We waited in this store for 1 hour, plus — to downgrade our service, which doubled in price. That was after the good deal they offered the year before. It’s time for the government to break this conglomerate up. Watch your Comcast bills. They’ll increase your fees without warning. Nor do they employ enough people to handle the ongoing problems their customers have. There are roughly 25 people waiting here for assistance. Pathetic to say the least.

Thank you so much Amanda for helping us out with our Wi-Fi!! She checked to see if we could upgrade, and had a nice smile the entire time she assisted us. Highly recommend getting there early as they get busy VERY quickly!! Associates were kind from beginning to end :)

All I can say is Wow. Walked up to the outside window and exchanged my two remotes. Less than 60 seconds. Best customer service. So fast never got his name.

I don't like giving negative reviews and this is not just to the store specifically but over all to the Comcast company. What a scam! Can't believe I'm saying it, we've had them since 2004. Last 2 years are a nightmare. Price went up so high, connection is terrible and customer service is very very rude! Every time I have to call I get some rude lady. Last time they told me if I'm not happy with price I should go shop elsewhere. Bravo Comcast ?

I wish I could give this company a lower rating. It is the BANE OF MY EXISTENCE & if I kill myself one day I will leave a note saying it was because xfinity is so terrible. Who knew absolute garbage could be so expensive. And never mind the customer service.. I make sure to call every time I dont have service (every day) so that they can keep a record of how often it is a problem & then they still don’t do anything. They scheduled a tech to come out for the millionth time and he just didn’t show up. My husband and I don’t have availability to stay home and wait for the techs all the time like they suggest, so I’m glad we wasted our time AGAIN. I called them and after about 15 cycles of the robot answering service I finally reached a human being who told me that the appointment was cancelled on their end with no reason listed on the account and no one let us know. I would rather staple my ears to the ceiling fan than to have to pay this joke of a company. They know that they don’t need to supply the service that we pay for, or fix the problems because they are the only provider in my area. Hopefully my service decides to pop back on again sometime this week.

The worst horrible mobile service. Iv struggled so much they they had zero efforts helping and im talking affinity corporate office. Been paying my cellphone bill for 2 years while using a cellphone that lose reception left, right & center. Basically useless. Now im done paying my fone and want to unlock so I can use a different (better than this rubbish) provider but there is another problem. The same device in been paying for 2 years is not on their system & therefore they can't unlock it. Can you believe this bull????????????

Avoid this store. The customer service was horrible, and they did not provide a solution. Instead, they handed me a card with a number to call. I drove to the Venice store...was definitely worth the drive they provided solutions, fixed the problem, and had friendly service. Do better Pt charlotte Xfinity.

I had a very good recommendation from the internet service installation. The guy come on Saturday and did great work. But on Sunday we have a issue and on Monday morning they send one of those installers, we solved the problem very quickly and very professional. I don't know the names but i give 10/10 for home services.

All I can say is WOW!!! We stopped to get our Internet hooked up, and it took minutes before we were walking out with our self install modem kit, and the price was crazy reasonable. Staff was helpful and efficient. The self install was so incredibly easy a child could do it. Definitely recommend getting your Internet through Xfinity!!!

Internet has been constantly going in and out since the 10G “upgrade” for upwards of 5-15 times a day for ~10 minutes at a time. I’ve called customer service multiple times for them to go back and forth of blaming my modem (despite being told nothing is wrong with my modem by Xfinity!!). My entire neighborhood is having internet outages all the way to 10 minutes down the road to SW US-17. Icing on top is despite not having any internet most days somehow I’m over the allotted data and they want to charge for it. Go to anyone else besides this company, they just want your money for service you won’t have.

I have no complaints about the store front or the associates that work there. My issue is the internet service, in this area, is just total garbage. Comcast can't seem to fix ANYTHING. Xfinity phone reps are either cringe worthy with thier severely limited knowledge, or just completely rude (entitled). The tech that was sent out knew absolutely zero English?? He spoke thru his phone. We're on our third tech now (2 within just 30days), and all the previous calls we made were never logged in the system. Good going geniuses.Update:2+ months with same issue everyday, upload completely drops for hours. Comcast cannot fix issue. Been thru 3 techs. My GF calls you guys everyday to fix.As soon as Starlink becomes available in the area, we will be dropping this fake "service"

Marlon, at the Port Charlotte store.I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism, his courtesy and his friendliness when I brought in my new phone and needed help connecting to the network. It did take some time, and he went through all the channels to make sure I left with everything working as it should.Thanks again, Marlon!
