We have been a customer for many years at the jimmy ann location. I had called to inquire abt a climate control unit and that was no problem. The issue I have is the fact that they don't inform their customers that because Wednesday was a holiday in order for me to get my stuff moved from one unit to next I had reserved my move around date for the 2nd. The people didn't inform me that because the first was a holiday and i didn't move before then I was going to have to pay for both units.. so they didn't inform me of this and I got straight attitude for the mix up and no apology. Over the years at this location the customer service is crap and the fact they feel like they shouldn't have to apologize to a loyal customer really irks my nerve.. needless to say one upset customer.

I currently rent a storage unit on S. Nova Road in Ormond Beach and since I have been there, the gutter above the doors is non-existent, needless to say, when it rains the unit is not accessible and I have yet to get an accurate response as to when it will be fixed.
I would suggest you check your surroundings and conditions of any of these facilities before you rent. There are way too many new facilities available.
I am in the process of securing legal aid to see what my options are as far as not payment or putting my rent in escrow

I REALLY regret renting from these ungodly greedy "people" in the past. NO MORE storage units for this guy.??Now, units have gone up 7% or higher in last 2 years! I hate when you have a storage unit and the price increases constantly..why WOULD a unit price go up? No other reason than pure greed. his company has ALWAYS been about ? ?? storage units are money straight down the drain.And if you have a unit it's flying away?????making multi millionaires RICHER is NOT what I'm here for! ?

I leased from Clark Properties for 18 years. Gave them a deposit when I signed original lease. The space I leased was for my store located on Mason Ave. Over the years my lease expired and I would sign new leases with them. At the end of the last lease I did not renew and was 5 days over the date that was the end of my lease. I was charged a prorated fee for those days. Not a problem I understand I was late and told the office manager to deduct the prorated amount from my deposit.A few days later I received an email stating I owed the prorated amount and did not have a deposit to be refunded. I went to the main office with my original lease and spoke with a polite young lady and gave her the copy of my lease. It clearly shows the deposit amount I paid. She went to her supervisor with lease and returned a few minutes later tell me that I owed the prorated amount and that I had no deposit. When I asked why I had no deposit I was told “their records don’t go back that far”.So because of there poor record keeping practice I lose my deposit? Over the 18 years I’ve paid them over a half million dollars in rent. Now for being 5 days over my lease period they are charging a prorated fee and stating I have no deposit because of poor record keeping on there part.They have turned me over to a collection agency for the prorated amount that I’m willing to have deducted from my deposit but because they are trying to keep the deposit and also collect the prorated fee we have now come to an impasse. For these reasons I’m giving them a poor rating. I feel this is unprofessional way to treat an 18 year customer or any customer for that matter.The amount of money we are talking about is a very small amount and this has become a matter of principle now. When I closed my store I needed storage space and I leased from another company because of this. I have already paid a lot more in storage then the fee they and trying to charge and the deposit amount they are trying to keep. Very short sighted business practice in my opinion.Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope when I comes to doing business with this company you will reconsider and find a different company that will treat you fairly.Matthew Servidio

Chad and Joann are amazing! The best team I’ve ever worked with! I’m so glad that I get to work with them every time I come in, they are awesome. I own my own business and I don’t get a chance to see this kind of caring and compassion often.

Was told I was the first applicant at showing, but was told someone else was accepted before I was, after making my application deposit. Extremely dissatisfied with all aboard properties and Chad the property manager. Would never recommend anyone rent through them. Also now getting a run around to get a refund, beyond frustrating.

I recommend coming to All Aboard Storage to everyone! I had a good experience when I worked with them. The staff is courteous and especially helpful.
