Dr. Hasan is awesome. The office staff is usually very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can be hard to get ahold of the office (it often goes to voicemail).

Professional staff, dental assistant's are, courtesy, friendly, and Dr. Farah Hasan, DMD patient friendly very knowledgeable, Dr. Hasan is tops in the profession. I would and have recommended.

This is over all just the worst company to deal with. They make up things they over charge. And when you have a dental emergency like a crown falling off for the 3rd time they don’t care. Instead of being helpful they tell you to go to their other location that did it even though you have been going to this location for several years. This company is a total sham. I’ll never recommend anyone to aspen dental especially the port Orange and Ormond beach locations. Completely uncaring and unprofessional.Ps. I’ll never work with them again. This is to the owner. To be told by the dr on staff she’s not gonna help and I need to go back to the ormond beach office is absolutely ridiculous.

My mom moved to port Oarnge to a retirement home. Her death had gotten worse and became very painful. So she goes to Aspen dental. They recommended pulling all her tears and giving her a full dentures. When they finally came in after weeks of waiting with her teeth already pulled.The hurt so bad she couldn’t wear them. They made some adjustments and they still hurt.They told her there is nothing they can do for her.Basically no teeth left in her mouth and dentures that heart her just wearing them.What a rip off.

Definitely do not recommend this place they turned away 3 people including myself because they weren’t prepared for the patients they scheduled today . They couldn’t find my name in their system and i had to get rescheduled when knowing dam well i came to get my tooth pulled and they just send people with no pain meds ,no nothing anything. They have done this more than once i heard with the patients in front of me and to myself . Its ridiculousEdited 3/12/24- just wanted to update and say they did lie about not finding me in their system and i knew it because how could they know where to send the antibiotics,when I didn't give them anything yet . since i wasnt in the system ??? And had my phone number that is my second phone number and i didnt give and I had the paper work from the previous time i got my tooth pulled,that i brought to the appointment an the money. the lady name was Shannon at Daytona location,that lied . Since I was scheduled for their sister location the dental assistant was able to find me no problem and I never went their before till that appointment. An they did this to the other patients as I mentioned about , telll them they're getting something and then it changes the day we get there for our scheduled appt. Something got to change, it gives money grab and no care for the patients that come in for help.

My first appointment when very well, but way down hill after that. When trying to schedule my follow up visit no one answers the phone or they hang up on you. When they finally call back and left a message I tried to call back again and no answer. So I have emailed the office manager multiple times and that was absolutely no help. I mean I am talking about thousands of dollars worth work that needs done, which I guess it wasn’t that important. I just cannot recommend this place at all.

I actually didn't feel a thing The dentist is really good the personnel was had hospitality and everybody had respect and kindness and kind words and wanted to get to know you and how your day was I felt at home

We were able to get an emergency appointment in less than 24 hours, Dr. Hasan was kind, knowledgeable, well educated, and provided different options for us to choose to address our current situation. I would recommend Dr. Hassan and all of the care team at Aspen Dental in the Port Orange office!

Would not recommend. The doctors are great, but the rest of the staff is very unmotivated and inefficient. I had a very painful molar extraction and bone graft where they scraped and scraped for over a hour. The Dr. Instructed the assistant to send over my pain medicine, and 850mg of antibiotics. I headed to pharmacy, and the prescriptions were not sent. The Novocain was wearing off, and the pain was amping up to a very high level. I called the office and they tried to tell me that CVS was at fault and they just hadn’t checked their system. Then they told me that the meds were waiting for Dr approval ( Dr verbally instructed these meds be sent in front of me) They told me Dr was busy, and they would tell him when he was done with other patient. Meanwhile, I’m in tears. I went back to aspen office, and was ignored for 17 mins, while 2 receptionists assisted one elderly lady to make her appointment. That was not a 2 person job! Finally, after I was verbally expressive to the other patients in line, one of the receptionists got up to go talk to the DR. I saw her standing in back laughing and talking on her way, so I yelled to the assistant as he walked past, and explained my situation. By this time, it was an hour after my procedure! Dr saw me and asked if I was in pain, and as I was crying at this point, he went straight to his computer and sent over the scripts.As if this was not bad enough, 5 days later an infection started ( maybe because the antibiotic entered by the assistant was only 500mg instead of the 850 I heard Dr order? I left 3 voicemails, and called twice and was out on hold, then after a wait transferred to voicemail again. No follow up appt was scheduled to check on the surgical site, and I’m still waiting for a new stronger antibiotic, and refill for pain meds! I would not need any of this, if the staff had paid more attention to things in the beginning. I am now going to have to go see a specialist about my tooth, and possibly go to urgent care for pain and infection since I cannot get through to the Dr. Who did my surgery.Beware of this place. A medical office is not always as good as the doctors!

I live in Ormond Beach, but I prefer to go to Aspen in Port Orange! The entire staff is very friendly, courteous and informative! Dr. Farah Hasan discussed all options and answered all of my questions. Michaela Farrell was very knowledgeable about my options and financing as well! I am excited to actually start with my procedure!

As an Over The Road, Long Haul, husband/wife, truck driving Team, probably the last thing you want to deal with, hundreds of miles from home is a Dental Emergency. Aspen Dental of Port Orange, Florida was theonly Dental office of 11 that I called that could get us right in. I delivered our customers Load in Ormond Beach and headed straight there. For two days my wife has been suffering with excruciating tooth pain. Something had to be done. Aspen Dental really delivered. She needed two teeth extracted that both required removing bone to get them out. She’s sleeping now, greatly relieved of her soul crushing pain, after not sleeping for two solid days.I could not recommend Aspen Dental and the Staff more highly for their professionalism & kindness. Dr Findley is the one who did oral surgery on my wife and he is an absolute Gem . You should request him when you go there. .
