First the staff in house is awesome, super helpful people!
Second the internet is horrible, 11mbs top speed when I’m paying for 300mbps, spent around 7 hours on phone with tech support over a 3 week period, tried a new modem and still shit speed ! Do not buy internet from ATT

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and unable to properly process a simple upgrade. Everytime i went back to the store to try to resolve the issue they caused I had to tell the whole story over again because they dont enter notes on the account into the computer system. They also treated me like less of an important customer because I wasn't dropping 2 bands on a new
I Phone. I would never spend a dollar here again.

On 10/30/24 around 5:00 I went to the AT&T on Nova road in Port Orange. I was wanting to upgrade to an iPhone 16. When I walked in, one of the employees was helping another customer and one was on his phone. I said hi, he looked up from his phone briefly, said hello and promptly looked down at his phone again. I waited, and when he looked up again he raised his eyebrows as if to say “well?”. When I was explaining what I wanted to do he acted very put out, he very obviously did not want to be helping me and was making no effort to hide it. I ended up walking out without getting a phone. Been an AT&T customer for 15+ years but I think I’ll go check out T-Mobile or Verizon instead. Customer service 0/10.

Marlin was great. I was in there a few months ago and didn’t leave happy and he was the one who helped me this time and he was efficient, he did his due diligence and he made sure I got what I came there to get, he got done what I thought wasn’t going to get done, and he appreciated my business and he was as excited about me getting my new phone as I was. Between this and going to a corporate store I choose this store. The corporate stores don’t care, don’t try and seem like they don’t want you to even get a phone. This is the only store I will go to, recommend , or endorse. The manager was very awesome too. They care that I’m happy and want my return business. I can’t say that about many places anymore. It seems like places don’t even care about customer service or satisfaction. And that is why I never go to the same place when they do their job well and never go back when they don’t.Marlin was great. I’m excited to work with him in the future and i know he will do what he says he will. He did great and it was a business account and his first one and there was a duplicate application with a prior ATT situation months ago when I was able to get anything after hours of working on it. This is the longest positive review I have ever wrote and I’m one of those people who does intend to write good reviews but then just never get to it. If I could I would have bud light make a “here’s you, Mr. Get me that phone I’ve been wanting but people keep messing it up guy”

My experience with AT&T has been extremely disappointing. My internet went down early Monday morning, and despite multiple calls to customer service, the earliest technician appointment I was given is on Friday. This prolonged outage has caused significant disruptions to my work. Additionally, communication from AT&T has been lacking, with no updates or proactive outreach to inform me of the status of the repair. I expected better service and support, especially considering the impact on my ability to work from home. AT&T needs to improve their response times and customer communication.

Just had an awesome experience with a manager named Danny at your Port Orange store on Nova Road. He saved me from a "cardiac arrest" by bringing back precious messages I thought I had deleted forever!! THANK YOU AGAIN DANNY! YOU ROCK!

We visited the Port Orange AT&T store while on vacation to take advantage of an upgrade deal on our phones. We had no idea that when we entered this store we would have one of, if not the best, customer experiences when dealing with our phones. Ja P. was incredible! Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick!!! She was so wonderful with our special needs adult son, and he just adored her! Danny, also in this location, was very helpful and friendly as well. If you're in the Port Orange area and need to take care of anything related to your AT&T account or phones, we highly recommend this location!!
