William, the Store Manager, was especially helpful addressing a problem I had with my phone - not accepting or making calls. He re-set all parameters on the phone which corrected the problem. He then reviewed my record and noted that a minor adjustment of my account would result in significant savings. He further suggested another change that would be important. My wife and I could not be more pleased!

Marling and danny were exceptional at helping us with our new phones and plans! They answered all our questions, went above and beyond to ensure all transfers process efficiently. I recommend anyone to ask for them for any information if they need the help and advice. They are great and genuine !

came in to pay bill with assistance. Sarah was my sales rep and she explained all the new deals and products and i invested into the new products she was talking about and she was able to explain to me how to use the my new devices. I will be returning to do sales with sarah for all my future purchases.

Stopped into my home AT&T store here in Daytona Beach. Normally I dread having to go to the phone stores. Long lines, long wait times, and a lot going on inside. Not with Destiny as my service rep, not this time!! Undivided attention, answered all the questions thoroughly. It’s always nice to be greeted with a friendly smile, and sent on my way fully taken care of!!Great job Destiny!!

Do not use this store. the employees are not trustworthy and the store needs to be reported. I have been dealing with a fraudulent installment plan for a phone I never purchased and an added phone line that I never authorized to be added to my account. I have been trying to get this reversed/removed from my account for seven months and and it's still hasn't been fixed, no one from the port Orange store will help me even though they are the ones who initiated the charges. I went to a different AT&T store location in New Smyrna beach and the girl at that worked there was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction on how to get things reversed. I am not the only customer that has dealt with fraudulent charges on their account which were initiated by the port Orange-Nova Rd at&t store...that store is sketch and I curse the day I went there. my advice is go to a different AT&T store!

My experience with this location has been a roller coaster ride but finally ended up all good. When I upgraded and turned my old phone in at the store I wasn't receiving the credit for my old phone on my bill, they just kept saying I didn't turn it in when I absolutely returned the phone directly to Connor. After several trips into the store going round and round with just about the entire staff Mike FINALLY stepped up and made it right. Although some of the staff did try to help I think they just didn't have the authority to actually fix it so I'm not saying they didn't care, they just couldn't make it right. I was fed up with the frustration for 2 months but pleased with the final outcome-thanks Mike. I'll be going back to get the Galaxy 6 watch I've been thinking about!

TJ set the tone for an amazing visit, Marlin and Todd were absolute rockstars in getting our bill lowered and new lines set up. They also helped us kick our expensive tv services for a bill that was less than half what we were paying for tv and internet. We may have added lines today but they saved us a couple hundred dollars! Thank you Fellas for top notch customer service!

I give a great shout out to Connor for helping my fiancé & I out. We had a horrible carrier before transferring over which took almost 4 days to get everything into the new phone. Luckily Connor was so patient and helpful with us, I would only go back to the store if I have an issue if he’s there. He deserves a beer & a raise lol.

Alexis was so nice and reminded us what true customer service SHOULD be. She was very thorough and made us feel welcome. She answered all of our questions and we NEVER felt rushed. She took her time to make sure everything was done right, and that’s a lot because we were switching 6 lines from another carrier and getting new phones. We will for sure not hesitate to go back to see Alexis. Conner, the assistant manager was very nice too. When he didn’t have a customer, he jumped right in to help with the transfer. Great customer service and teamwork between fellow employees is so important, and Alexis and Conner do a great job! Thanks again to you both, we love our new phones!!!

Best store, reps are amazing, I used to go the pavilion store and they were not nearly as nice as the folks here were. Mike runs the store well and Kizzy made sure everything I needed help with was handled!

Stay away from this store at all costs. The sales rep, Destiny H, will give you false information such as adding lines for $20, when in fact it’s $50/line and a business line is $70/line. Watch out if you buy accessories from her as well. She loves to throw the boxes away where you cannot walk into the store within their “14 day return policy” to get your $$ back because you don’t have the original boxes it came in. I’ve been dealing with Customer Service, the billing department, Corporate, and now to the BBB.I HAD to give this review a star in order for it to post, but in my opinion, should get NO STARS!!Please, just be aware of what your being “set up” in. It’s not pleasant by any means….….A customer for over 20 years
