He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, guiding my husband and me through the entire process of transferring our phone numbers and setting up two new phones. My experience. My sales man’s name I believe. He was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Seems like he enjoys the job. Makes for a great employee. His name Robert I think. You can always use my email address and hopefully find my purchase and then find out who the salesman was.

Waited almost an hour and a half and watched as almost all the employees left the sales floor without attending to the customers there. Finally after being called, I was told they wouldn’t be able to help because there was no manager in the building. I was told to come back later or tomorrow to see if someone would be able to help.

After over a year trying to unwind what AT&T fraudulently did to me and my service, Christian was able to decipher what needed to be done and made it happen. I can't thank him enough. AT&T needs more people like him.
