Go to a different store if you can; otherwise, get everything in writing, make sure you keep the documents they give you, and be prepared to spend a lot of time with corporate making sure they honor the agreement you were sold. We have been with AT&T for over a decade and this is really the only bad experience that we’ve had, and it originated with a salesman from this store. Your best bet is to avoid this store to avoid the salesman or try a different provider altogether. It’s a good thing I keep everything, but still spent hours to get AT&T corporate to make it right. We will part ways with AT&T when the agreement is up. Also, don’t be allured by the iPhone 15 as the camera is horrible. Stick with the older models for better quality photographs.

Angel was so helpful me and my mom came in to get me added onto her plan and he helped us save money and get the best plan that we could got me set up with a brand new iPhone 15 super patient with us really kind got us set up on newer Wi-Fi than what we had before and just was overall really helpful with the whole process and with saving us as much money as possible

Whoever SAM is he’s very unprofessional. I tried explaining a situation to him regarding the old manager Mike that screwed me over and made my phone bill $227 a month because he stole my trade in phone. Sam was laughing on the phone being rude and as I’m explained the situation to him of what Mike did he tells me I don’t need to yell at him when I wasn’t …… and I toldHim that he said he’s hanging up and he did! Sooooo unprofessional and he already sounded like he hated his job

This is the 2nd time I had a great experience at the AT&T store in Port Orange. The staff is courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Kudos to Mac for taking care of us promptly & providing excellent customer service.We live in New Smyrna Beach, but go to the AT&T store in Port Orange because the New Smyrna Beach staff is rude and technically inept.

Greeted as soon as I stepped in the door, knowledgeable helpful support with a smile. Josh my usual guy was busy so Mac stepped in and was just as good. I live in Sanford now but still come back to this store as they are the best

Great experience at this location. I have upgraded phones twice in the last five years and gotten lucky enough to have the same sales representative who was great to work with. He made everything very simple and answered all of our questions. He was very professional and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Thanks Mac for your help! Highly recommend.

Every time I need help with my iPhone, watch or iPad, I go to this store…..they are the best (and are a corporate store, unlike some of the “Authorized dealer” stores. The people in this store KNOW THEIR STUFF! I usually deal with Josh, because he’s been there a long time, and has never steered me wrong, he has lays been honest with me when I ask for help or his opinion on what I should buy! The others who I have dealt with have ways been very good, but as I did, Josh knows me, and is TOTALLY HONEST with me (he has NEVERA tried to sell me something I don’t need, or pushed the higher priced items….i HAVE had problems with a couple of the “authorized dealer” store in the past!
