I had an engine light on. They figured out the problem, gas cap not tight enough ... I also needed break fluid and the assisted me with that purchase. These folks are great! Polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. If someone there isn't familiar with the issue, they'll get someone who is familiar and solve the problem. It's a great place lots of inventory and an incredible smart and helpful staff! Thanks! Highly recommend this store and location!

Excellent service. I’ve been to many AutoZone locations around Florida and nothing has compared to the quick, efficient and helpful advice the drivers and techs provided. We had a battery issue right after hurricane Milton, and autozone was open shortly after the curfew ended. We purchased a battery jump starter and the techs compared quality for us and ensured our choice was the best and financially reasonable. They offer OBD2 tests and battery installation free of charge. Thank you!! We will be coming again.

First time back since new management, what a world of difference. Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not make me feel like i was a burden with my questions. Told Neil the store manager about the experience, and how I notice the difference in the overall shopping experience. Neil was very attentive and engaging. I will be more likely to go back now, especially that it is around the corner from my house.

Needed new headlights and was completely prepared to change them myself, but Richie was amazing and offered to come change them for us! In the 95 degree weather he came outside and popped those bad boys in! Less than 5 minutes. Amazing service !!

My car had been starting up reluctantly for a couple days. One auto shop told me that there was no problem. I should have years of life left. Our mechanic, who was finishing work on another car, checked it and said it was very low. He recommended replacement. The gentleman at this AutoZone location who tested my battery showed me that the first tech had been wrong. It was absolutely dead! I wouldn't have been able to leave the parking lot. He was quick, efficient, and took care of my battery problem in moments. And the best part was it was still under warranty, so it cost me nothing. That's right. He was helpful and pleasant for a fix that cost me nothing.
These guys were helpful and knowledgeable and got me back on the road quickly. I'd definitely return here.

Steve and Adam were very helpful. Steve went above and beyond to help my daughter and I not only figure out what was wrong but made sure everything was good to go before we left. If it wasn’t for him, we surely would have been stranded on the side of the road. Thank you so much for keeping us safe!

When faced with a difficult issue, they went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. Thomas in particular made several phone calls to figure things out. Very persistent, nice and helpful guys, it is a rarity to find customer service like this!

Great customer service at autozone in port orange. My 2022 hyndai Kona remote fob needed a new battery . My boyfriend had changed his a few months ago after buying batteries in auto zone. We struggled to get the remote apart but couldn’t. He suggested we go to auto zone where we had bought the batteries. I was reluctant thinking that it was a waste of time. When we got there, the manager, Richard was more than happy to help us. He took his time and got his tool kit and replaced the battery and fixed the remote. We really appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond to help us, even though the store was closing in 15 minutes. Thank you Richard for your great customer service

I came in for my lightbulb being out and left with it fixed. Richard Bender was great and helped me so much and even changed it for me and let me watch so if I needed to fix it in the future I could!
