Thank you to the store manager Mike Lawhan who not only changed the headlight bulb on my vehicle but then refused to take a tip and then proceeded to tell me how beautiful a day it was and it was a pleasure to assist me. I’ve said this before about this location and I will say it again they are ALL about customer service and it shows! Clearly the Store Manager Mike is in the correct position and I am Greatly appreciative of his help!

Edward, you're the man! We had one of our service van break down. The driver says it's a coolant leak so I drive from Clermont to Ponce Inlet to check it out before my conoany had to have it towed all that way. I find it's one of those plastic T connectors and hose assemblies. I call the store Edward picks up great greeting and was super helpful finding the part. They had it in stock. I fixed the companies van and look like a hero and Edward it's all because of you.
Here's the magic. Edward told me he was having. Bad day and that there had been a few grumpy customer that were just down right rude to him but he STILL maintained a positive attitude and treated everybody else and myself with kindness and care. THIS GUY IS AMAZING! Edward you're more than worthy of management or team leading. Thank you so much for your help and making me look like a hero at work.

Interesting that AutoZone marks up items so much more than all of their competitors do for the same exact brands. Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Amazon all sell the same items I was looking for for less. I won’t be back.

Carlos was amazing, friendly and helpful. He assisted with replacing my windshield wipers and my back tail light. He had me in and out in a flash. Very knowledgeable!!! I will only go to this Auto Zone location!!! Thank you again!! 5 stars.

if i could put no stars i would, they left me stranded there because they wanted to leave work at 10 on the dot…when iw as there 30 minutes before close. i would have came earlier but i. came to the wrong auto zone and the other one was closed. very upsetting that they wouldnt help us. they said to take my car somewhere elsewhere when they have the things to fix my car..also told me to buy a battery a week ago and i didnt even need it. now im stranded. 10/10 do not recommend….
