So I bought a tablet in 2016 and have used it pretty much every day. Watching movies and videos and you know, little shorts on Facebook, but I just have to say that the battery was so swelled up and I had to keep it plugged in! Now I took it to this place called Batteries Plus.....And they replace the battery at a low cost.....And i'm enjoying watching my movies and videos! Thank you Batteries Plus for GREAT service!

I bought a $275. Battery with a 3 year warranty for my car, after 7 months the battery went dead. I tried to change it with no luck. I took the battery back to BATTERY PLUS , the guy put his battery checker on it 4.5 volts. Not warranties he said because it was 4.5 volts. If it had 12 volts I would be bringing back. THEY HAVE NO WARRANTYS ON THERE BATTERYS. RIPOFF

Bought 6 new golf cart batteries for over $1,200. Less than 1 month later the battery terminal melted and the battery exploded. Warranty not honored. Manager was not helpful and corporate has not responded to emails.

Spent a bunch of money with them over the years. Was brand loyal, to a fault... Got my wife a new battery in April 2024, it’s already not holding a charge after only 11 months. Brought it to them to get a replacement (30 minute drive each way) now they need to hold onto the battery for 2 days in order to test it before they are willing to honor the warranty. Unbelievable inconvenience and not worth the wait when we have lives to live. What’s the point of paying extra for the batteries with longer warranties when you have to put your life on hold to try to get them to honor the warranty? Ended up taking the battery over to O’Rileys and got a replacement. Will be avoiding Batteries+ at all cost moving forward. $240 for 11 months worth of starts, unacceptable.

Great place to buy batteries. There is always some kind of a discount sale going and their staff are very helpful and courteous.

Great service. From the young man @ the location. I was down in Daytona Beach for bike week traveling from Ohio. And needed a motorcycle battery. He was extremely helpful & also helped put the new battery on the motorcycle. Very knowledgeable & 5 star services. Would tell anyone to shop the store for a battery.. love the store.

I went to the store to get batteries for my laser measuring tape and car opener key.
I got the replacements in 1 minute.
I couldn’t believe the friendly, kind and generous way in which I was treated.

Only complaint is the battery I ordered that said it was in stock , was not had to spend more for a different battery.

My husband bought an elderly neighbor a new car battery right after hurricane Milton. So she didn’t have it that long. Well they told her the battery was no longer warrant because the battery was under 10 volts. He said it was totally dead. What? What is your warranty for if not a dead battery that wasn’t even a month old? Really? Another words there really isn’t a warranty or they just didn’t want to give her a new battery? I’ve seen other reviews where the same thing happens and they did get a new one.
So the neighbor had to go to another store that honors their warranty and get another one.
He returned to pick up the dead battery and then was told the battery charged. And the warranty is voided. So now she has 2 car batteries. They should have told her they would try to charge it or give her a new one. There is no warranty people. They just tell you that. I don’t recommend this company at all.

Brought in a motorcycle battery (Duracell) that was purchased 02/2023 . . Battery went bad in 20 months and had 2 year warranty . . Batteries Plus honored the warranty and gave me a replacement with no problems. . Thank You
