The bad reviews of this location are definitely not unwarranted. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Teresa Law, a teller at this bank. She was vague, rude, and slow. It was the longest I’ve ever waited for a cash withdrawal. I will specifically avoid her and this location.

Customer service is terrible. Had issues with savings account. Interest had not accrued. Courtney assured as in person, that error was fixed. Statement arrived this month, error still not fixed. Phoned Courtney, she stated that she would speak to someone and call us the next day. 4 days later and still waiting.

the one we went to in Port Orange was Kinda so so we also went to the branch in Edgewater and they where much more reseptive and informative. will be using that branch much more often then the one in Port Orange.

This bank doesn't even deserve this star this was my second visit didn't want to come here but it was the closest first time I visited some months back they were rude to me and my mom barely tried to help us. Today I walked in wasn't greeted stood in line and this bank teller Jaileene seemed nice she asked what I needed I seen she was busy and told her I would wait she insisted I told her I wanted to close my account she had me go to the counter and asked her coworker to help me that was on drive thru and yelled can you help her close her account. Before I knew it I told her you loud with my business her co worker apologized I told the coworker she did nothing wrong it was Jaileene doing. When I saw Jaileene I told her that it was wrong how she yelled my business out loud for people to hear and embrassing. She apologized. I wouldn't refer anyone to this bank stuff like this showed me I made the right decision to leave Truist.

Went in on a Saturday and only two people were there to help. The one teller was controlling the counter and the drive-through and the other one sitting at a desk was busy chatting on the phone to her husband about personal things while sipping on her drink. When I politely explained that I was on a time schedule and asked if there was someone that could help she put her phone down and said no I’m sorry we are shortstaffed on Saturday. Would have been nice if the woman at the counter had some help.

Account changes were handled professionally, although it did seem to take an inordinate amount of time for the associate to deposit a check and get our cash back to us, especially as the branch wasn't what I would consider busy. Thankfully we do most of our banking online so visits to an actual branch are rare.

Before SunTrust merged with bb&t I would have put 5 stars but truist was feeing me for paper statements when no other bank does that if they don't fee me I would have stayed great costumer service overall

I had a loan paid off 30 yrs ago. Went to sell my home the lien was still on it. I have now been working 3 months with letters from the bank showing paid 20 yrs ago. They can’t seem to resolve this knowing it is paid. Not sure I trust them with my money anymore.Sandy Fornshell

Waited ten minutes for the one teller to finish on the phone before she takes one look at my check. They don't cash SunTrust checks, you know the bank that I actually go to that is closing now because of BB&T. You already made me use your broken app I'm getting another bank

Been doing business with this company for over 20 years not very happy with customer service nowadays they need to get it together before I take my business elsewhere I do most of my business with TD Bank now

Do you think anyone is smart enough to update the hours on the website? It says open on Saturday. Clearly, you are not. You can’t handle the simple task of posting hours, yet you expect people to trust you with their money. Epitome of stupid.

We have had nothing but superlative service from the entire staff at BB&T on Taylor Road. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond, all the time, through every crisis. Cannot recommend this bank more highly.
