First time shopping here and I have to say I was genuinely impressed, there is such a variety in this store I could have spent all day here. First store I've seen in a while in port Orange that doesn't look like a Black Friday disaster. Everything was organized nicely, it was extremely clean in there. And special shout out Merial and Cheryl for being so helpful and kind. 10/10 will be back again!

This is a nice story that is organized. The prices are on the higher side for retail stores. The shopping is pleasant due to lack of customers. They do offer a variety of brands.

Twice Ive been to this store and the worker Bernadette has upset my sister with her dirty looks. We cought her talking bad about her to another customer also. very unprofessional

Love the store! But BERNADETTE that is a check out lady is so nasty. Her attitude and dirty looks does not make us want to come back. She doesn't need to work with customers... Awful Lady to deal with

Cashier was super rude, attempted to ask her for a simple question to where she responded with an attitude “im with a costumer” and rolled her eyes. apparently people don’t know what multitasking is. it was an older white lady who shouldn’t be working with people her costumer service sucks and she was our first impression. it was my first time and my last will not being going to belk located in port orange.

No employees to be seen in the entire store. Walked around and waited at the men’s fragrance section for over 15 minutes. Hunted down the only store employee I could find, and she was visibly upset I asked her for help, stating she “was trying yo go to lunch” but rudely and reluctantly agreed to help. We decided to shop elsewhere. My whole family will not be back to this store. Ever.
