Insurance is not my favorite; but a real necessity in our world. Kim from Bill McCabe, is a true professional that helps me make informed decisions to ensure my coverages are at responsible levels to stay protected. I have shopped around and no other company has been able to provide all of these coverages. And USAA has become horrible…. Spending money on box seats and sponsoring NFL games instead of actually working for the members or our armed forces and veterans! Really grateful to have state farm as an option!

I left a message this morming to ask what it would cost to insure my granddaughter who just turned18. I got a reply via test within an hour and they gave me their phone number to call with any other questions. I have used State Farm for many years and have always gotten great service. Quotes from other companies are always more than what I am paying now.

I was a little surprised. The staff is very nice. Very helpful. But I’ve been with State Farm for almost 30 years, off and on, and currently with overpriced homeowners insurance.
They dropped me. I was involved in a rollover accident in 2022. Should have died. Thankful I had insurance. Fault couldn’t be determined, so I and the other party were ticketed. 2 months later, I was pulled over for reckless driving (suspected, but not DUI.) After confirming with the DMV, I was only given points for the rollover driving accident. Not my best few months, had experienced loss in the family, divorce.
My insurance company dropped me for the nearly deadly rollover car accident. I’ve paid regularly all of these years. Isn’t that what insurance does? You pay for protection.
I’m not disappointed with this establishment, so much as I am the entire company. What is paying for insurance, if you can’t use it?
I wasn’t even informed I was cancelled. I text to update my payment info. And they kicked me out, after being my first policy at 16 years old. I currently have $20 over their rate for the same coverage at a new company. Just a shame that you really are just a number to them.

Deplorable. The office is ran by a blonde woman who is by far the rudest, most unprofessional, useless woman in Florida. I was warned, but was trying to save money. I'll gladly pay twice as much for pleasant people.
