I came into this store today like I always do I had my own cup and the cashier named Richard wanted to tell me that I was not allowed to use a none circle k cup I had my own cup that was not circle k and he wanted to tell me that I was not allowed to get a refill and then when I told him that I was that I do it everyday he wanted to cuss at me this man is very rude to customers something needs to be done

To much complaining in front of customers, doesn't keep store stocked well. Witnessed man split bill for gas I witnessed him pay for. Cashier insisted he didn't. Very rude place.

This is literally the worst circle k ever, the person working there her name is ELIZABETH she is totally races towards people. She would literally call the police on you because you don’t look alike in your ID and if you speak any other language she won’t sell anything to you. Already contacting corporate to get this lady out of this store. And it’s not only me is a lot of people that she does that to.

So I normally don’t leave reviews but after tonight it kinda got on my nerves. So on 11/21/23 I brought my gf to this circle k and she waited In line and the gentleman in front of her explained to the cashier named Ruth that he had to do a split payment and even apologized for having to do it. When my girl friend went up to the counter and was paying for her things a gentleman came in and said that she never added his gas to the pump which he clearly paid for and then proceeded to tell my girl friend who we have no affiliation with the people in front of us to go. When she asked for a receipt she was given an attitude and was mouthed off to by the cashier. This is not good customer service and it’s no wonder I hear bad things about this store. And from other reviews I’m sure this will go no where l. I’d be carful going to this store as clearly the employees here don’t care about customer service and clearly don’t know what they are doing. Sorry but Ruth doesn’t need to be working here

BEST STORE, I VISIT EVERYDAY TO PURCHASE COKE FROSTERS. ABBY. MEGAN, JERRY, AND MANG. JACKIE ARE WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES. THIS IS A VERY BUSY LOCATION AND OVER 90% IS A CLEAN AND WELL KEPT STORE AND RHE BUSIEST LOCATION.I SPEND OVER 65.00 A MONTH JUST ON COKE FROSTERS AND MORE ON CIGARETTE PURCHASES.I LIVE WITHIN 2 MINUTES FROM THIS LOCATION FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND PROUDLY WILL CONTINUE.I ALSO LIKE TO ADD THAT I HAVEN'T ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WELL BY EMPLOYEES. My husband went in there at 11pm tonight (1/21) to get cigarettes and the guy working wouldn't serve him. He told him that he just didn't like him and told him to go to another store down the road. The guy threatened to call the cops and say he was trespassing. This is a convenience store we go to often. I don't know what that guys problem is but he's bad for business. Another customer gave my husband a pack of cigarettes he bought when he saw what happened and didn't understand what the guys problem was either .
