We were at the Optic One. They were really far behind and one of the other patients told me this happens often. The receptionist wa very nice and even gave my daughter a yogurt she had left over from her lunch as the appointment was after school and my daughter wanted her after school snack. Ths took a very long time but all of the staff was really nice and understanding. we should not have been to to arrive 1/2 an hour early to not be seen for 2 and 1/2 hours....
