We will be moving to Port Orange next week & we were currently using Walgreens for a prescriptions & constantly had problems with them. I went to CVS which will be in walking distance. They are so friendly, they helped me transfer all my medications over to them, CVS app is so much more accurate & easier to use. I have now had several prescriptions filled & very pleased with the switch. I hope CVS continues to do an awesome job!

My husband had an antibiotic Rx called in at 4p by his Dr. It was not ready for puck up until 12 noon the following day. Totally unacceptable...I will be switching all of our medications to Walgreens just thought I would ell you why. The staff there is also totally rude!

To be clear, my issue was at the pharmacy. I realize it is difficult to find help but I don't appreciate the way I was treated today.I went in hoping that would be better than waiting in the long drive through line. After waiting in line, the employee at the counter, Caleb, sort of grunted and waved me over. I asked if he was speaking to me. Apparently he was and it was my turn. He then told me I had one ready. I explained that I thought there were more and proceeded to look them up, having received several texts regarding scripts being ready. Caleb was genuinely annoyed but surprise! There were indeed more prescriptions.I may just be one customer but I've been shopping here for years and don't appreciate this level of unprofessionalism, especially at the pharmacy. People are there to pick up meds because they aren't well.This isn't my first bad experience with the pharmacy. I'm often told things have to be ordered and have waited up to a week only to call Walgreens to discover they have them.Sorry this is so long. I sincerely hope someone in upper management is made aware of this review. I'll certainly be telling every prescriber I have not to recommend this pharmacy.And Caleb should seriously consider a job in a lab setting.

Can never reach a live person to talk to at pharmacy. The phones do not go through. Refilling prescriptions are a headache! Customer service is horrible!

After several attempts of calling the pharmacy, my insurance agent & I were on a 3 way call to just to get a reverse done.Finally, after 8 attempts, someone answered. Only to be put on hold. Some rude lady wasn't very helpful, so my health agent suggested I go in person.So I did. Had no choice. Needed to get a reverse on my heart meds from this location. The one on Ridgewood closed down.Recently, I had a heart attack, so I just needed this quick, simple task done so I can go pick up my meds at a closer pharmacy.Ann, the pharmacist, was the most rudest, most unprofessional, sarcastic, condescending, narcissistic person I've come across.She had my nerves worked up so hard. No one deserves that treatment, especially with heart conditions.I'd strongly reconsider going to this particular pharmacy if Ann is there.

The team at this particular CVS location is amazing. Especially in the pharmacy, Nancy and I forgot the other woman's name, but they were both so kind and helpful.

I got a flu shot at this pharmacy today from Jason and he did a great job! The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Once again CVS shows it does not care about their customers. As a senior citizen I was raised to have respect for everyone, but in particular to have respect for my elders, today at this pharmacy I once again experienced the same lack of respect, professionalism and lack of care or concern by the same pharmacist, a Mr. Jason, who at another location had behaved towards me with sarcasm, rudeness and disrespect. This very young and unfeeling fellow actually smirked when he said he had less of what the prescription called for, but I could have that amount if I was willing to not be able to forgo the rest completely. When I said, no, he simply said, it is what it is, turned his back on me and left. What an uncaring and soulless individual to know that a senior citizen who lives in extreme pain now during a hurracaine does not only not have his medication, but must be subejected to his brand of humor and disrespect. Avoid this place if you are able to!

I went to get my vaccine today and the staff were so nice and also helped me and other customers in a timely manner. I first called to ask if they have the vaccine I need, thankfully they do. When I arrived, Jason (I think that was his name, sorry if I got it wrong) helped me get the shot and also saved me some money by applying a coupon. He was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person.

This is my favorite CVS by far!! Staff and management are fantastic!!
