First time to this location, great experience! I needed help locating a few items and was able to get it right away with no problem and was very polite getting the help I needed. Not all items I needed were in stock at the time but I was able to get the information on what location had the product in stock as well. Very professional, very pleased!!!

My husband went to pharmacy to fill a script & the lady was so rude! She first tried to send us elsewhere, then said "just give me ur papers & take a seat!" Very rudely.
We've been here for over an hour now, & it's not busy, like she making him wait purposely.

The most unprofessional pharmacy, lacking human decency in regards to patient care and basic communication skills. situations that put their patients health at risk from mismanagement of their inventory, convenient “errors” on their side that are followed with abysmal communication to the patients about how to proceed. Repeated issues with them, most recently where they accidentally hand over 2x the prescription on scheduled substances, upon returning the extra bottle within the hour, the following month the pharmacist comments about how I am misusing the medicine simply because I needed the refill prior to their holiday break which affected the fill date…what a slap in the face to the same customer who corrected your unregulated disaster of an operation to e month prior. I hope AHCA gets to the bottom of your mismanagement and finds the obvious abuse of your business. This woman has no business even dealing with people let alone managing their medicine being filled.

went to this location this morning around 8am and experienced racial profiling but the young woman working (didn’t get her name but she had star acne patches) she hovered over me whilst I shopped then accused me of stealing lash glue which I had already rung up in my bag. absolutely ridiculous! she tried offering me things to apologize which is honestly unacceptable. “sorry I was racist but have a $6 off coupon” DO BETTER

If I could give this store negative stars I would. The supposed "pharmacy tech", not sure her name, but she was African American with long braids was extremely rude to me. The poor girl couldn't even tell me which Dr prescribed it when I asked because all she could tell me is it was not covered and handed me the prescription back. Long story short, if she can't "help me" and is rude I will no longer be sending my prescriptions there.

Their pharmacy area needs more help! Several folks in line waited over 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions! They don't stock much, and even auto refill items are often out of stock!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Every time I’ve called they’ve hung up on me… no thank you or even a place out! Just click off the phone. When a text is received that my medication is ready for pick up, when I get there it is ALWAYS “It’s not ready, they’re working on it. Come back in an hour”. I wish I had another option for my prescriptions cause I absolutely despise having to go through CVS.
