Truly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. The girl with the blue hair (she conveniently had her name tag turned so you couldn’t see her name) is beyond rude & incompetent. Worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Unfortunately not a friendly or helpful staff. I have used this location for several months switching from Walgreens (great folks) with an insurance change. I went in with a problem of my prescription being filled by a different location. Aria could only see her screen and not use common sense as my insurance and prescriptions were not in line with the current situation I came in with. I manage out these people in my business with bad attitude and matter of fact interactions like this and not problem solvers. Customer-no-service department. Too bad.

went this CVS for a run in, I can never just run in..I love to browse.the store was really clean fully stocked and Christmas items were out on display. went with my daughter, and we spent a good 30 mins in the Christmas isle. had a lot of fun just goofing around. The kid greeted us when we came in ,for me thats always a flag that he was not only trained properly, but actually listened and does his job. Everyone thinks CVS is so expensive, but if you look around, there are tags on everything. we got to the register, and after putting my phone number in my total was 4 cents.. thats right $.04! definitely worth the trip, and ill def. be going back. love it!

I just wanted to make sure that I acknowledge on here how wonderful the lead pharmacist at this pharmacy is. I’ve been going here for years and she always make sure that she takes care of me and she is reasonable always! This Pharmacy has been definitely awesome lately, and I appreciate them always!

Over the few years that I have lived in this area I find the people working here friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Products that I am looking for are generally available and finding a parking space has been extremely easy.

The pharmacy staff is incredible friendly and nice. Very personable I have been using cvs for 20 years this is the best one by far thanks to Dana and the rest of the staff as well and yes she speaks French lol

Anything a pharmacy can do wrong this place does. Now you cannot even call in. You have to leave a voicemail and they call you back.

Horrible supervisor!! He doesn’t understand the “extra care program” we earn our extra care points, rewards, dollars etc. and should be able to spend them!! Not lose them due to lack of training. In my case this “ supervisor chose to argue with me continuously in front of a line of people even after I asked to speak with the store manager twice!!

The customer service at this store is very bad. I went to this store looking for a dental floss. They had one for $4.59. It said that if I buy a second one I would get a 40% off. I went to pay through the non cashier register. When I scanned both floss it did not give me the discount. I called the lady working right there and she told me that if I did not have the CVS card I would not get the discount. She approached the register and took away one of the floss and did not give me the discount. All other stores would pass a card so the customer would get the discount. I got so mad for unprofessionalism that I left the floss at the register. When I was approaching my car she came out of the store yelling at me that I have to pay for the item. Very unprofessional for a second time. I will not go back any other CVS store. I did not get this kind of treatment at any other store.
