Horrible supervisor!! He doesn’t understand the “extra care program” we earn our extra care points, rewards, dollars etc. and should be able to spend them!! Not lose them due to lack of training. In my case this “ supervisor chose to argue with me continuously in front of a line of people even after I asked to speak with the store manager twice!!

The customer service at this store is very bad. I went to this store looking for a dental floss. They had one for $4.59. It said that if I buy a second one I would get a 40% off. I went to pay through the non cashier register. When I scanned both floss it did not give me the discount. I called the lady working right there and she told me that if I did not have the CVS card I would not get the discount. She approached the register and took away one of the floss and did not give me the discount. All other stores would pass a card so the customer would get the discount. I got so mad for unprofessionalism that I left the floss at the register. When I was approaching my car she came out of the store yelling at me that I have to pay for the item. Very unprofessional for a second time. I will not go back any other CVS store. I did not get this kind of treatment at any other store.

The absolute worst and rude customer service at the pharmacy at the store by BJs in Port Orange. Have switched all prescriptions to another pharmacy. The employees in the main store are wonderful and very helpful.

This is the second day I have been put on hold to speak to the pharmacist. I gave up yesterday after 15 minutes on hold, and this morning, same thing. I have been without my RX since yesterday, and my doctor called it in yesterday morning. I am guessing that they are short on staff. Something is not right.

Sat in line for a prescription from5:15 to 6:00, that was awful, didn't think you could sit in line and wait on prescriptions, have to make some changes.

I hadn't shopped at CVS for several years! OMG I am so happy I began shopping there again. The sales are fantastic and coupons are at your fingertips. They have a program which gives you $10 in rewards each month. You join a care member for five dollars a month or forty eight dollars a year. It has already saved me a vast amount of money. As well as allowing me to walk out the door for only a few measly dollars with a bag of coupon items. I would ask you to try and see how much you will save. Everyone is doing this at CVS. As evidenced by the company running out of sale products. Never fear with the card care. It offers free 1 to 3 day shipping on your order. I love this program. You will too. The savings are great and it's so easy for me to shop.$$$??❤️

This might be the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Who ever the new pharmacy manager is that changed the way things have been done for the last 3 years, is making much harder to get the prescription when the are needed. It’s bad enough they are overpriced now they can’t be filled on any regular basis.

My family had just returned from an 8 day stay on a floating germ factory: aka a cruise ship. Since my body is typically impenetrable to these pesky bugs, I went out for the prescription meds. My stay at this pharmacy was short thanks to the great service of pharmacist Letty and technician Kari. My questions were quickly answered and, in a few minutes, I was back on my way home to dispense the drugs.

My First and more than likely LAST visit. I had an appt for a vaccine booster; I waited over a half hour for the pharmacist to acknowledge me. The area to administer the booster was out in the open and very disorganized. There WAS a curtain there; yet it was as not used so everyone could watch, see and hear the conversation. The pharmacy seemed unprofessional, disorganized and openly discussing patients, Rx and private situations. I went to purchase at the front counter afterwards, only to have the cashier talk me down that I didn’t know what I was doing(?) and proceeded to run around the store discussing my purchases, Rx and vaccine with others. I felt it was an invasion of privacy w/Hippa, too. There was a young man, in there, conversing with this cashier and then running back into the pharmacy gossiping and discussing patients info. Much chaos, drama, disorganized and cluttered. Very uncomfortable!!!
