“Refrigerator was not cooling. Josh performed a diagnosis and determined the problem. Parts had to be ordered but he came in on his normal day off to do the repair in a more timely manner. Had to pay for 2 different diagnostic visits but in my case the repair was far cheaper than the replacement. As of the next day the refrigerator appears to be in complete working order. Company was professional to deal with. Josh and the rest of the staff did a great job. Thanks.”
