“My Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator was making very unusually loud, weird sounds - like a heart sound - squashy, squashy, squashy. Under Lowe's extended protection plan. Submitted a request for service, which allowed me to select Royal Electronics. Andrew performed the service. He was very professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable (per Andrew himself, he is the store expert, servicing for 6 years). He listened to our description, the recording, and proceeded to run extensive diagnostic tests via the front panel. He ran the compressor to maximum speed. He said no problems were found, and that my cleaning the radiator coils two days prior probably fixed excessive running which caused the noise. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend! Under the Lowe's protection plan, I paid nothing.”
