EMS brought my 2015 Ram Truck back to life. I kid you not, the truck looked better than when I bought it. I can’t thank Reese and his team enough for restoring my baby. They will also come to your house to maintain that shiny goodness on a monthly basis for a reasonable price. Never wait in line at a car wash again!

Reese did an amazing job with my bronco! He went above and beyond sending me pictures and videos as he did each section. Even my engine shines! Reese is such a nice guy and easy to work with too! We were so impressed that my husband and I had our vehicles windows tinted by George who shares the space with EMS. He did a fabulous job as well. I'm extremely happy and will be back here for all my detailing in the future!

I scheduled my van to be deep cleaned. My appt time changed due to a scheduling mishap but I was notified immediately. My van was cleaned with great care and attention to detail.

I don't normally do google reviews but in this case Reese and his guys knocked it out of the park on my daughters car there attention to detail was off the charts he did the 9 yr ceramic coating and it made her 6 yr old car look brand new again thanks again Reese for all your hard work I will definitely spread the good work

I made the decision to have my new car Ceramic coated to protect my investment. I shopped around and Reese at EMS Mobile Detailing offered an excellent price compared to other quotes I had received. After speaking to Reese, I was able to make an appointment in two days and felt very comfortable with his knowledge and professionalism. I dropped the car off in the morning and stopped by later that afternoon to see how it was going. I knew it was a long process to prep the car and get the paint ready for the Ceramic Coating. I was very excited to see my new car. I purchase my car with only 15 miles on it and I have to say that the paint looked so much better than what came from the factory. It looked almost 3D, and that was before Reese started applying the Ceramic Coating. I watched for about an hour and was amazed how much the paint transformed right in front of my eyes. Reese explained everything about the Candycoat Pro Ceramic Nano Coating product he was using and showed me each of the 5 bottles he was going to apply not only to my paint but also to all the glass surfaces, the trim, and the headlights and taillights. All of these products would help protect each of those surfaces for a full 9 years. To say that I am overjoyed, would be an understatement. Every few hours, I go into my garage just to admire the job Reese did and appreciate the fact that he is going to stand behind this product for years to come. I highly recommend EMS Mobile Detailing and can't wait to start a long lasting relationship between all my vehicles and this company.

I have had their service for over 6 years. Quality of customer service is continually declining. Last month, i had to dry off a lot of my car myself. I texted the cleaner before he left my neighborhood and sent a lengthy text and left a voicemail to the office. I still have not received a response. The only reason I did not give 1 star is because of Chris, my regular guy. He is the only reason why I stay. If i was rating just him, he would get a 5. However, EMS is making it very hard for me to continue even with Chris's great service. $40 is a lot to have to dry your own car. It took two guys that day to not finish my car right. Lack of customer follow up is highly disappointing.
